However, the friend helping me was not a plumber and was only inspecting the problem I was having with a bad leak; I still probably needed a plumber. If Action Plumbing had not been so rude by hanging up on me, I would have used them. Now, I will never employ them. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior is typical in small towns where services are limited and customers are thought to be in abundance. I called Anywhere Anytime Plumbing and they responded immediately. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the dispatchers name, but she was incredibly kind, efficient, and superb to work with. I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area.
