If Action Plumbing had not been so rude by hanging up on me, I would have used them. Now, I will never employ them. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior is typical in small towns where services are limited and customers are thought to be in abundance. They showed up in masks and even when I told them they didn't have to wear them for me they chose to continue their work in 100+ degree weather in the masks. They listened to my concerns, repeated them back to me to ensure they had my list complete, then they got to work. I didn't even notice them in and out of my house to the point that I thought they had left. They did what would normally take my other plumber hours to do in less than one hour. They went the extra mile and placed everything back just as they had found it leaving absolutely zero mess behind. Y'all, they even put my rugs back! They were a little busy and had another job that they had to be on but they went on ahead and took care of it for me anyways, I appreciated that very much. Is little things like that that distinguish a company that values its customers in the big things and the little things that matter. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. I called Anywhere Anytime Plumbing and they responded immediately. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the dispatchers name, but she was incredibly kind, efficient, and superb to work with. I was unable to be present while the plumber was there, but he kept me fully updated by text and did not seem to dillydally. I 100% recommend this company if you live in the area.
