This was after I thanked them for their call-back, but had already found someone who was helping. However, the friend helping me was not a plumber and was only inspecting the problem I was having with a bad leak; I still probably needed a plumber. If Action Plumbing had not been so rude by hanging up on me, I would have used them. Now, I will never employ them. It is unfortunate that this type of behavior is typical in small towns where services are limited and customers are thought to be in abundance. I would rather do without than put up with this type of rudeness. A lot of business is done through referrals. My referral for Action Plumbing is: DON'T BOTHER!

They were a little busy and had another job that they had to be on but they went on ahead and took care of it for me anyways, I appreciated that very much. They have come out and done some work for me before when I accidentally hit my neighbors water line with my lawn mower they came out and fix it right away at a reasonable price. Troy seems to be a real stand-up guy who places high priority on making things right, I appreciate that that is a quality that a lot of people don't have nowadays.
