Our insurance didn't cover, so we knew we anticipated having to fork over a lot of pennies. I went on Next Door and One Stop and Safelite amongst some others were recommended. Got a few quotes, but NOTHING compared to the competitive pricing One Stop offered. Not to mention, their reviews were excellent and customer service from start to finish, on the phone and in-person was top notch. We were sold! Don't get me wrong, I don't wanna come back haha...but if I need to or know anyone else who needs to, I'm recommending these guys! They look up your VIN and can give you an estimate quickly without even bringing in your vehicle. They ask for a down payment upon scheduling your appointment. I hear they take walk-ins and same day for folks with smaller repairs. We needed our entire windshield repaired, so there's that. Since our vehicle was newer and has some tech features, it also needed to be recalibrated which can get cost. Easy peasy for these guys! Our vehicle was ready sooner than the estimated time too! George was amazing! And the ladies handling the finances were also. They also gave us a little military veteran discount. So happy we took a leap with them and ended up supporting locally!

I don't normally post reviews, but my experience today was extremely disappointing and upsetting…read more We went to have the front windshields replaced on two vehicles. Immediately afterward, I discovered that my car alarm was no longer working. I had never experienced any issues with it before, and the problem occurred after the windshield replacement. When I returned right away, I explained what had happened and asked them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied causing the damage and told me I would have to take the vehicle to an alarm shop to have it fixed. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I explained that the issue had never existed before and that I believed it happened when the alarm was handled, but my concerns were dismissed. Now I'm left with another problem and an additional expense that could have been avoided if they had simply taken responsibility and addressed the issue. PLEASE be very careful when choosing this business. If something goes wrong during your service, don't expect them to take responsibility for the damage. DON'T GO THERE.

We drove by anyways after it had closed, but some of the employees were still around. Got lucky that the Windshield was in-stock and they replaced the old cracked one in 15 min!!! Two employees jumped on the problem and got us taken care of FAST!! The Windshield looked great and we are super happy with the service. No uncharted for after hour work or anything. All way below what we had been quoted at other shops. Did I mention this was on a Saturday?!? Best $175 ever spent. Highly recommend.

Seemed like the best time to get it done! I called ahead for a quote and the pricing was very reasonable for ceramic tint with a lifetime warranty. No gimmicks, and exactly what was stated over the phone. They even provided photos of their work after my inquiry so I couldn't forget how competitively awesome they were. I had called a few other places to compare, but none did. So, I called Precision to schedule my appointment and was prepared to wait long (snacks and entertainment in tow), but was only there 30-45 minutes! The sweet lady who helped me, who I believe is the owner (so sorry I forgot her name) was professional and provided excellent customer service. We were so happy with the tint job, the pricing and speed of service. A win all around! Will be back for any future vehicles. Highly recommended!
