The two doctors and their staff put me totally at ease and made the experience far better than I anticipated. So if you currently have an appointment with them make sure to call them EVERY DAY to let them know you have an appointment! In our experience, with my nearly 24 years in service, we were prepared to pay our copay, and get the work (a checkup and a couple of fillings) done. We received a bill two days ago which said we owe them hundreds of dollars! We called, then visited the office, and their only response was "Oh, well, yes, we do accept military insurance, but we're Out Of Network." "Why didn't you say that? We asked." Their response to that was, "Well we said we accept it, and we do. We're just out of network, so you have to pay most of the bill now." This kind of bullshit semantics game is nothing short of theft. Since they like splitting hairs, I suppose I should ask them if they'd like to be called dishonest, or deceitful.

They inserted a Large Rubber spacer between my teeth and forced it in. They caused TMJ by being so rough, I was in pain for weeks after the visit. I am 74 and have been to many Dentists. This was my worst experience. No fillings and $900. cash later I got the feeling they are like an assembly line and were all about the $.
