I am going to have to stop coming here, not because the product isn't good, but because it is so scrumptious! If I keep coming back, I'm not going to reach my weight loss goals, so I need to find a way to practice self-control. Both slices were homemade deliciousness. The caramel was so creamy, and the pineapple slice came with a real pineapple ring. The cake itself was incredibly moist and full of flavor. Service is always great. You are greeted right away, the prices are very reasonable, and with free parking nearby, you are in and out quickly. If you visit on a Friday, you get even more flavor options. They also sell delicious cookies, like their brown butter cookie, with nut, nut-free, and vegan choices. They recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, and I can see them staying around for a long time. As I was scrambling to find a caterer, I stumbled across Cakes and Treats of Atlanta and I am forever grateful. I reached out last minute, a week in advance, for almost 90 treats. She asked if email or text was faster and I chose text and everything moved more swiftly and smooth than I could have imagined. I sent over the color scheme, my order and gave creative freedom. THEN I had the audacity to want to add a CAKE even more last minute and add a picture. Yamesia didn't hesitate to help me figure out the correct size for the cake and photo seeing as it was ONLY for the bride and groom. Business hours start at noon but she offered to come in early if I needed. She was very accommodating to my last minute add ons, pick up changes and questions. To my surprise, Yamesia used the photo on the oreos as well and that literally brought tears to the brides eyes at drop off. We had spent hours putting the same photo label on the party favor champagne bottles so now the cake, treats and party favors all match. I couldn't thank her enough. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about her art, unlike many of the new "bakers" popping up in the city just to make a quick buck. You can tell that Yamesia is ACTUALLY passionate about each dessert she creates. Affordable and delicious? Sign me up and keep it coming. It also is an event space. The room of to the side is a perfect size for maybe a baby shower or small gathering like paint and sip. I will def keep this business in mind when planning gatherings in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH and happy baking.

The buttercream icing was light and delicious - yes it was made with REAL butter- and Tracy used puréed strawberries in the cake batter that delivered a sweet, moist strawberry cake that was the best I've ever had. I recently moved out of state and was unable to make the cake for our special day but Tracy knocked it out of the park and also hand-made each bumble bee (for our GA Tech grad:) on this adorable cake. They are located inside the food hall at Lee White off the westside beltline. They are in the back of the food hall so if you go through the doors on the side (White St) it's quicker. This is a franchise, the original location is in California. The service was very good and I appreciate that the employee informed me that the rum cake contained alcohol. Lee White now requires you to scan their parking app. Your first 2 hours are free and parking starts as soon as you drive in because your plates are being scanned. So it doesn't matter if it took you 5 minutes to find a park and 5 minutes to scan and enter your info, your time starts when you drive in their parking lot. I ordered a rum cake $7, and carrot cake deluxe $7.75. Both cakes were so moist and absolutely delicious. The frosting wasn't too sweet on the carrot cake. It's a very large slice, large enough to share. The flavors are very good. I would definitely return to try their strawberry cake and their cheesecake.
