Last time I went they only had 4 ice cream flavors on their menu, but hopefully this increases cause I think their ice cream is the main selling point. I love their Milo dinosaur gelato because of both the flavor and the texture! It was rich and creamy without being so dense, and the idea behind it is interesting and out-of-the-box just like their other flavors. Service was slow but acceptable considering they'd just opened. Worth coming back to! Looking forward to trying their other dishes as well.

Liquid nitrogen gelato is not that different from the regular ice cream but what makes it worth trying is that you are assured of its freshness. FYI, it's made from fresh cow's milk. Upon ordering, the ice cream of your choice is made right in front of you by their well-trained staff. In just a few minutes, and with a little help from liquid nitrogen, they can turn milk into a smooth and creamy ice cream. If you're a coffee lover, I highly recommend their Tiramisu ice cream topped with a piece of broas. It's really good! A cup costs around Php 150.00 but the serving is generous enough for two. They also serve pasta and sandwiches that are just as good. They are still improving on their menu but it doesn't make the experience any different.

*Note: This is a 4.5 Star review…read more Since the past weeks have been very, very hot and humid, I've been craving for cold desserts. My new favorite dessert at the moment is Bingsu! While I was down South, my friends and I decided that it would be great to end the night with something icy to cool down. We actually weren't sure where to get Bingsu but, thankfully, we found this hidden gem at Molito. Bingsu is basically the Korean version of shaved ice or halo halo. Imagine soft, icy snow with condensed milk poured on top then add any toppings of your liking: from mochi to fresh fruit to brownies! We arrived almost to closing time but they still allowed us to order. We decided to try the regular size of the Injeolmi, Mix Berry Yogurt, and Mango (of course!). There was a bit of wait since we were the last order and they ran out of ingredients and had to prep for more. So, we waited for about 15-20 minutes. While we were waiting, we decided to hangout in their "Snow Room"! Yes, they have a small room in the café where "snow" falls from the ceiling. Pretty cool making snowballs! :) After hanging out in the snow, our bingsu orders arrived. Among the 3 that we ordered, the best was actually the Injeolmi! It's was the most traditional one and it was also the most flavorful. It had the right amount of sweetness and it was packed with ingredients. The Mix Berry Yogurt was tart and had dried fruit which added the sweetness. The Mango Bingsu was a winner. But, I always ended up going back for more spoonfuls of the Injeolmi! The one common factor for all the Bingsu we ate though is that the ice was sooo fine, fluffy and creamy. One of the best quality bingsu I've tried so far! I will definitely come back when I'm in the South again. I hope I'll be able to try their Cheese Bingsu next time! :)

The snow room in the cafe was a pretty fun touch. The desserts they serve were certainly fun and just the goodness we needed. We ordered the chocolate snow ice, the small one, certainly, it was enough for two to share as a dessert. I'm used to the Taiwanese snow ice and this is certainly something new. Reminded me of the snow ice, but the ice was really flakey and soft, super fun for the palette. The chocolate wasn't overly sweet and was just plain enjoyable. We were already eyeballing the menu for our next visit and scoping out the other tables. It all looks so good!! If you need a cool pick me up... This should certainly do the trick! We hope to visit again soon and try everything eventually :) A la cuisine! Stay hungry my friends!

Everything at Cielin's Cake Shop actually tastes like it was made right out of the comforts of your kitchen. It's right in front of a church and if that's not an ingenious idea then I don't know what is. They have all sorts of goodies in this store and the prices are very affordable. I like how they've managed to give out the best prices while still maintaining the quality of their cakes. Oh you should come here when you're extremely hungry, it'll be fun I tell you. Last time I did that, I had 3 cupcakes in one sitting then brought home their famous chocolate cake for my sister. Don't ask me what I was on, it was fantastic and let me again say that I didn't have to spend so much. P500 can haul you a stash already. A cake costs around P300-P350 while cupcakes cost around P20-P25. See what I mean by inexpensive? But that doesn't mean the cakes here aren't excellent, all of them taste great! So if you ever find yourself in the area, go to mass then grab a cake. Trust me your prayers will be answered.

The ambience and service are the standout aspects of the Oasis Garden Cafe - it's calming, there's a pianist most of the time, and the service is pretty great. The afternoon tea set has two options - the oasis tea set (English style) or the Solaire tea set (Filipino style, which features traditional Filipino merienda staples), and you can get either tea or coffee. Each set comes with three tiers, and with the English tea set you get scones (4 of them), a tier with savory bites, and a pastry tier (that hazelnut and chocolate slice! That eclair with the custard in it). You can split this with 2 other people, because the pot of tea has I think 5 cups of tea in it, and the tiers have more than enough food on it to share. This is a good place to spend a lot of time in! So if you're in need of a dessert fix or coffee, here's a good place to satisfy it!

Despite being inside a casino that's notorious for its (very) bad exhaust system, leaving casino goers (and even just passers by) smelling like cigarette smoke, Oasis is the perfect place to hang out in with your family or significant others, if you want to feel like you're in nature-- without sacrificing comfort and luxury. Located in the newly opened wing of Solaire called the Sky Tower, Oasis is well known for its yummy cakes and desserts (which are just around 150-200 pesos, similar to the Patisserie in the crowded food court), as well as the afternoon tea selections (which is around 500 pesos), including three tiers of different mini sandwiches and a pot of tea of your choosing. Oasis also offers a variety of other food, my favorite would be the Beef Kalbi (so soft, so good!), Pad Thai, beef pastry (it's like a tiny siopao only glazed), and the ceasar's salad (ask for the shrimp to be browned so it wont add to the slimy texture of the anchovies). Most meals range from 200-400, and are well worth the tag, in my opinion. Come later on and their's usually a live pianist at the sleek grand piano sitting off to the side of Oasis. They've got darned good cocktails too! My favorites are the Japanese inspired ones, which I forgot the name of. But they have sake in it! (And while sake is strong and has distinct kick, this cocktail went down smoothly! I could have like, 5 of them.)
