She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara.
