Review is for the company in general. Purchased clothes from their site online and the quality was so bad. T shirt felt like a paper blend. I definitely needed to return these but they have a policy where you can't make returns to their brick and mortar, and instead need to ship the products back to them(no return label provided) which was around $10-15 for me. Worst service ever. This place is wack. Both sales people on the floor were rude, but especially one of them. Was trying a shirt on and she made some comment like "looks just like the shirt you have on now". Can't explain it all here, but the only reason I didn't loose it on these horrible sales associates is because they carry BBC. I know now I'll never go there again, but these people don't deserve your money. I purchased the Adidas Consortium day one online. The item arrived 6 days later but it was the wrong size. I called their customer service department and they told me to send a picture of the box and the shoes to see if it was the mistake of the manufacturer. It turns out that the person who prep the order made a mistake. They told me they would send me the correct order but it would take at least another 5 days for them to send it to me. That means the item will not get to me until at least 10 days. I politely asked them for a refund but they refused. Will not shop here anymore. read more

I was here in California just hanging out with my boy, and he got me to like the new Adidas NMDs. I called every store in LA and everywhere I called was sold out... Until I called BAIT, they told me they had a size 8, 12, and 13 left. I asked if they could do a hold just for the hell of it. I didn't expect them to honor a hold since it's a sold out and hyped sneaker. God blessed me... and they were able to hold me down that size 8. The location is great. And the amount of shoes they have is awesome. But the customer service is awful. I walked in when there was ABSOLUTELY no one in the store and the person in the front didn't greet us for a solid 5 minutes. It took him around 3 minutes to acknowledge us and then finally faintly said hello. My boyfriend wanted to buy a Bait sweater and we literally physically had to try to get the guys attention. After finally getting it, we asked for a size on a sweater since they had a promo off merchandise and he said that he would go to the back and check. He was gone for a minute before he came back and said he didn't have the size. Aside from the large selection of great clothing the shop has a great selection of exclusive action figures. The environment is really feel good and clean. Usually you'll expect shitty customer service from kids thinking they're cooler than LL Cool J as you'd expect of any hype shop on Melrose or Fairfax but the people working this shop were quick to defer me from that concept. The guys working were quick to greet me and make me feel comfortable. I was helped by James. I called the store simply asking if they had any skate decks from one of the brands listed on their website. Here's how that phone call went: Me: "do you have any nsurgo skate decks in stock?" No one really greets you when you walk in but I guess they get a lot of foot traffic and don't even bother with any kind of customer service. I guess it's just the culture of shoe/collectible stores but maybe I'm just a little old school. I came in to pick up their wu-tang x transformers vinyl figures. I wanted Optimus but the guy at the counter didn't really know the difference between each character which was fine because the boxes were color coded, but then he sold me the wrong one which I didn't realize til i got home. Anyway, they got 2 stars because I called and they exchanged it for me even though when i called they didn't really seem thrilled about having to do anything. I went back a couple days later and decided to enter a raffle for a super limited sneaker release while i was doing the exchange but i never go so much as a courtesy email saying if i won or not. I suspect this store, along with their other locations, aren't exactly forthcoming with their releases, but maybe that's just how BAIT does business. Here is the deal. Products make me want to go certain stores. Customer service is what gets me to come back and never again in my life will I step up in that store. Horrible experience. I had called 2 weeks ago to ask if they have the Women's Adidas Tubular Defiant white shoes in their location as Diamond Bar previously mentioned that they did and when they answered, they actually said they did have them. I asked if they could transfer to Diamond Bar, the girl said yes, I left my info and all that shit. I was so excited but I was willing to wait until next week for me to pick them up. I waited. Called every 2-3 days to check and they said yes it will be transferred on Wednesday because that is when the truck comes to pick up merch whatever. So I waited again. I waited a whole week and called again and the guy said it was already picked up but it won't get to DB until Thursday this week. I call today, Friday. After TWO FCKNG WEEKS, I call AGAIN only for the girl to say "oh we've left you messages before saying that we didn't actually have it. It turned out to be the wrong color shoes in the box." I NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER received ANY NOT EVEN ONE voicemail or e-mail from them. LAZY INCOMPETENT LIAR!
