As a single parent working 40+ hours a week, these characteristics are what brought me to cadence. Unfortunately, since then there's been a drastic change in management that's left me feeling increasingly uncomfortable. I understand my autistic son can be a handful but the previous staff members were much more understanding when it came to him as they had children of their own. I believe it's safe to say the new staff don't have any. I was looking forward to renewing my lease but I'm highly skeptical after a staff member personally came to my door well outside of office hours to complain about my son (apparently he was with a group of kids who were ding dong ditching, however, I know it wasn't him because I had a long talk with him about it). And even after communicating my apologies for his disruptive behavior, they continued to send emails reiterating the same thing even though by then he had stopped. Although it seems that cadence is becoming a not so "family friendly" neighborhood, the maintenance staff, Eddy especially, are prompt and a joy to see every time!

Kim, Sam, Mackenzie, and of course ELISE! Have been awesome, and very accommodating and understanding as property management team. The amenities are nice, district is great to raise kids, good church's near by, and Durbin is right around the corner. Definitely a good place to get into I before your next big step.

I am BEYOND a perfectionist and a critic of EVERYTHING. From the start of showing me the apartment complex, Aubree was completely professional, on point and understanding of my needs. She explained everything down to the T so that all my questions did not go unanswered. The manager (I completely forgot how to say her name)- I am so sorry... poor short term memory. Her name is something like Micheal. Dang it! I can't remember... anywho she was also very professional, made sure my move in went smooth and provided me with all the necessary documents that made it easier to move in. She made me feel like I made the best decision of my life! Not even joking. I LOVE that she made time for me. It shows initiative and excellent customer service. The other Michael (I am praying I say his name correctly) has nothing BUT been amazing to me. From his caring professional nature, to informing me on where to go, what to do and guiding me all the way to get my issues resolved. Now, moving onto the complex itself. The owners that built this complex knew EXACTLY how to please the tenants in more ways than one. From the apartment having updated appliances to the outlay of the units to the walls being thick so you don't necessarily hear what your neighbors are arguing about during their grocery making lists... LOL.. The grounds being kept immaculately clean and well put together to the maintenance staff taking extraordinary care of the tenants and the property has been thoroughly serviced. There are dog bag stations on every turn (every building surrounding). The cleanliness of the clubhouse, the bathrooms, the gym, the coffee station, the walkways, the storage unit that I rented and the pet spa... always smells inviting and clean. Not strong smelling clean that you would faint from the chemicals but the smell like you are actually "HOME". They take care of everything from the bottom up understanding and carefully taking into consideration for all. The parking and the people are amazing. So many parking spots available even very late into the evening. So you do not have to worry about having to park 5 blocks away from your home. The noise curfew is VERY much appreciated starting at 10pm. I LOVE that!!! And the no smoking policy... perfect!!!! I can't tell you how many flipping places I have rented where there were small unaccompanied children running the neighborhood.... Where are their parents? This community, the children are actually with their families. I was so worried for the children at the other places. The people walking their dogs ACTUALLY pick up their dogs' feces. I can seriously go on and on like a salesperson for this community. I am so blessed I signed a long lease. I can't wait to use the salt water pool and the hammocks! Many thanks to ALL who made this possible and pleasant. God bless! You ALL seriously need a raise!

Nocatee is a gem! There are multiple master-planned subdivisions that are all connected by wide…read moresidewalks to accommodate walkers, bike riders and golf carts. There is a huge splash park that looks amazing but since we visited in December, we only took advantage of the pickleball courts a couple of times and walking around the neighborhood. Can't wait to visit again in the warmer summer months and check out the pool/splashpark. Pickleball courts were really busy but we always seemed to find an open court. It had rained before we arrived and they have these giant mops that people were using to mop up some of the standing water to make it safer and less slippery. All the people we encountered there are super friendly and helpful in returning a stray ball that might have wandered over to their area. There is also a water station where you can get a drink or refill your water bottle.

Location is great, yes it's a very new development area but still great area, I have a pup and the process to get him approved since he is an ESA was a breeze and simple. Loving all the amenities there is to enjoy. They make a lot of small events such as food truck and ice cream truck. I honestly come home and feel like going into a resort everyday and I have been to plenty resorts and it always gives me the same vibe. Pretty chill community and small which is always nice, only noise is the train when it pass by but other than that pretty chill area. Definitely could be better gated but there is always worse places and can never please everyone.
