I would not use Clean Cut roofing. Josh Doyle made promises to get the job that he did not fulfill…read more I asked for a bid and he left part of the work out of the bid. His tactics are suspect to say the least. I asked the roofing crew to properly brace the new rafters down to load bearing. They did not. Josh Doyle again let me down about getting someone to come and properly fix the issue and brace the rafters properly. I would never use this company again for these reasons

The other roofers missed this one. I needed new flashing around the fireplace chimney. It was no problem for them since they have a metal shop also. What was provided was changed, with two areas not even being covered, with decking that was clearly inadequate being reused, and being promised that everything would be fixed. Needless to say nothing was fixed, and the con worked. I am guessing that my agent was getting kickbacks because she would not step up and the Cable's rep promised the world, but delivered typical East Texas, Smith County, failure to accept responsibility or be honest.
