There were signs all over that said gel was $15 more, so I told them I just wanted regular polish. I didn't realize that meant I'd get such a poor product. After filling and filing, my technician didn't have me wash my hands, she just went right to painting them. Now I have little bumps all over my nails from the dust that got painted on. She was in a hurry to move on to the next client (or to her phone, from what I saw). I thought it would dry differently, but a few days later, it's pretty bad. I'm sure I could have said something, or pay more for the gel-which I'd recommend doing, but I misunderstood the pricing and thought it was a bit expensive. Now I see that it's worth the extra price.

I called to see if I could do a walk-in and they accepted it. This is where I found Julia, who is so amazing! I expressed to her my concerns about the choppy/blunt look of my front pieces and how dry my hair was, and she really took the time listen and understand what I wanted and needed for my hair. She really made sure I got the haircut and treatment I needed and she even gave me tips and advice for my dry hair. She never pressured me to buy things or anything, rather she gave me options that I can work with at home, which I really appreciated. I could tell she was very knowledgable and experienced.
