The ladies that help are always happy and welcoming. Dr Trey is fun and fantastic at his job. My boys always leave happy and I feel more informed about how to better take care of their teeth. Dr Trey's dentistry is on everything. The place is so clean and I never have to lift a finger or ask them anything. They just know and jump right in to help. You can tell they are a team and are a happy team. Today my son left his tooth bush bag behind and he was sad. I didn't call dr treys and let him know but by the time I got home they called and said they found it and talked to my son and let him know they would see him again and make sure he got his tooth brush and not to worry. I could say so much more about how great this place is but you would have to go yourself to really see they are much better than words can describe:)

The crown was not adhered well enough and so decay set in, and now I am faced with either having an implant or an entire extraction. The office has a nice enough vibe to it - not super stimulating compared to other offices I've been…read morethough. The front office employees are amazing - all the woman are great spirits and energy, usually having no issues at all and enjoying their company - honestly upstanding characters and very respectful. Dr. Timko is very particular - a quiet and reserved man, his communication skills are less than par imo - sometimes it felt as though questions were ignored and you'll often get a relatively blank stare to questions asked if it's not on the agenda. It would sometimes feel as though he was a "solution" finder, rather than a "problem" finder and it sometimes left me feeling unsatisfied after our interactions as he wanted to find the solution rather than explore the problem. Conversations are extraordinarily quick and can leave a bad taste in your mouth. Performance of the surgery's went well enough, though I must recommend elsewhere if you have any major nerve issues with surgery related procedure - having an exceptional fear of needles, the nurses did amazingly at keeping their cool, but the doctor didn't do nearly as well of a job. Overall the firm did a fine job conducting the surgery - but the social interactions can make the experience far from perfect.
