They were not able to take my mower or other lawn equipment on the truck and offered a flatbed at an additional cost. I had no faith that the flatbed would be able to get in/out of the driveway with the snow so I decided to call on a later date for the equipment. His crew cracked my headboard and left cigarette butts at both houses. When I contacted him about moving the lawn equipment in April he did not respond.

Before the move, Barry told me the crew would remove and dispose of the furniture we didn't want at no additional charge. However, when the crew arrived, they initially refused to take the furniture and later tried to charge me to move those unwanted items. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. After the move was completed, the owner, Marcus, called me and went on a profanity laden tirade even though I had not spoken with him at all during the moving process. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I felt I was treated with disrespect and hostility.
