He gave me very good options and even worked with the manufacturer for the warranty of my furnace. The manufacturer gave us a significant discount to get a new furnace, I needed to replace my 20 year old furnace anyway. My furnace crashed again the Sunday before the furnace installation, he came to make my furnace temporarily work with no extra charges. I have worked with 2 other companies before and have contacted numerous ones.
