First off, was not even acknowledged upon entering the Dealership, when Jason the so called Manager decided to say something with his mouth full of tobacco, all he said was I will be with you in minute busy at the moment, who does that?????30 minutes later after we are fully upset with the treatment we got in our autos drove to Ft Worth went to Sewell purchased a Edge and F250 and they will drive out to pick up our autos for oil changes and any service work. I am so upset with the turn the Dealership has made there is no friendly people working in there now. Do not bother going there for anything.

Called Four Stars Ford spoke with Joseph, got my vehicle in, got a ride home, got all the recall repairs done, oil change, and roof seal repaired all in the same day and my vehicle was taken back to my house once everything once complete. Joseph and the staff at Four Stars are outstanding!!!!! If you're in the Weatherford area and need the ultimate customer experience, please give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed. One more thing, the reviews you see about southwest ford don't do them justice, they are a thousand times worse than what the reviews say.
