This establishment is unprofessional. The Hispanic man working on 8/13/2024 at 8am refuses to provide his name or allow me to speak to anyone in the office other than him. He has denied me the opportunity to make a payment as well. He continues to be rude and hang up in my face. This is not how business is conducted. Be very careful with these guys. they take photo copies of your ID and credit/atm card. Later you will see unauthorized charges on your card being made by one of their agents, in my case an agent named Ronnie Roman. I have never had any interaction with this person, the only connection is he works for a company i have done business with. Because they have photo-copies they have the 3 digit security code which make defending yourself more difficult. Too many other companies that would help in time of need without subjecting yourself to theft by the very company you go to for help. Its sad. I posted my wife's bail at 1:00. She was transferred to another jail. Since I lived far away I stayed close by. I gave them 6 hours. When I called back the person who had helped me had left already and I had to deal with a jurk name himen. When I called at 8 pm he said my wife has called every 30 mins dah.. She was supposed to be release. He then said I'll walk the papers over which I seen him do then told me 8 more hours. What the hell these people. Thanks himen for not doing your job. Warning! Do not ever use them if u want to be treated like just $ in their pocket... I called around 12 midnight filled out 3-4 different emails as requested, then called back several times before I went to bed (I was super tired). I was told all documents were received after being passed around to several different agents and that to wait April 4-6 hours and he would be realeased. I wake up to a call from the inmate around 9am (8 hours later)to tell me the officers told him he is being bailed out and that there waiting for the bondsmen to come sign documents. I called Bail hotline bail bonds back only to find out that they are now saying there missing a document and I have to wait for them to re email it to me. They charged me at 1am in the morning...I shouldn't of had to call in to find this out. We paid for service and didn't get any! I am trying to keep this nice without saying some nasty stuff I am feeling right now. Trust me call someone else if you can, Run!!! read more

So ive been to the office in banning but I decided to go to the one in riverside because I was going to be on that part of town and I had to finish paperwork . (Mind you that I've never done this before ) and as soon as I walk in I'm welcomed with a rude attitude and a disgusted look . HE starts out with what's going on why you here ? So besides being talked to by professionals which I thought he was almost turns me away without paperwork I didn't know I had to bring with me he gets me before I got the door and says go on the computer .uhm okay ? Well I sit on one and he says no not that one he other one .. okay . So I ask what a maiden name was while filling out my application and was answered with "if you don't have one don't put it" well that didn't exactly answer my question, but okay ? Well point of the story it went like this the whole time snobby attitude and not once did I feel assured these guys actually care about their customers . So I'd refer you to the banning office with David or any other one there .BTW his name was Anthony at the riverside office .( I had to ask him his name before I left twice!) read more

Extremely bad experience with this bail bond service !! They told my wife when I was in jail different payment arrangements than what was on my contract I had to sign after I was released !! Than to top it off on my 3rd down payment I had to make of 500$ they would not work with me and allow me to pay it 4 days later when I got my pay check. The Hotline Bail representative told me to ask my family for money or pawn something to come up with the money and if I don't make the payment exactly on time a warrant might be issued for my arrest !! Go with a more main stream , larger bail bond service that can afford to work with you some on the payment arrangements...... read more

Worst customer service ever we went to fill out all the necessary paperwork. Was told everything was good approved and gave 2000 down was told everything was approved. Than we get a text not even a call from their office in LA By Ramon and says they want more down that the owners did not approve it. Kept giving us the run round. Than we were told that if we were not satisfied with the service we needed to go sign the paperwork for the refund of the down payment, note that the bail amount was NEVER Posted! We go to their office on a Sunday per their business hours they are open 24/7 days a week. The contract we signed stated the refund check would be available from 3-5 business days. As of today the refund has not been provided to us and their excuse is it went to Murrieta, keep in mind their damn corporate office is literally a block behind this office in Riverside! They still had the nerve to say it states different on their paperwork! Word of advise never use their services! I will be filing a report with the better business bureau and if needed follow up with charges against them for not following through with a written contract! read more

I had court Tuesday 7/12 so I call friday 7/08 to get all my paperwork ready in case court sets bail on me and I talked to this clown Albert who had me ij the phone over 35 min and scheduled me in for monday 7/11 and when I call hes not there and they tell me 4pm so I show up at 4pm sharp and I live 40 min away and he hasn't shown up all day and my paperwork is no where to be found and everybody is saying a different thing.. Best decision ever they got me in n out and in the morning had a bail agent in the court in case they set bail hes there ready to go and I dont go to jail... If I could give this place no stars I would. I went In July 23rd to see what the balance on a bond I co signed for was since I was receiving stuff in the mail. Upon entering I was welcomed by an associate named Angel, he looked up my information and informed me there was not a balance and it was paid in full. I asked him why I was still getting stuff in the mail for and he informed me he does not know why and to call this number and gave me a card. Well what do you know I get home today and have something in the mail for this place and called the number on the paper and was told there was a balance on the acct. Which by the way was paid off in September of 2013. So why all of a sudden may 2014 they want to add a charge? And why didn't angel tell me there was a balance. The number I called told me there is nothing they can do for me and I have to pay it and if I don't pay I will get charged with a late fee. Told me to call angel. So I called angel wasn't in and they would not give the managers number or email. This place is crap and they should train properly before telling someone they don't have a balance it was paid in full.. read more
