Maria using her own judgement, posted a bond, she did not ask for a co-signer or collateral. Unfortunately, a court date was missed but he was taken into custody and released within 2weeks. BUT YET, Without notification, or proof of payment, she said she paid the balance of the bond "to save face" to her employer, Joy.. NO ONE told her to do that. She did not inform anyone that she was going to pay the bond balance. With that being done, she then takes it upon herself to STEAL property that doesn't belong to her and demand payment for its return. Property that is worth at lest $15,000.00.
