Came here on a Sunday afternoon to order and try their infamous snow cones for my family of 7. We originally waited in the drive thru, but it was moving so slowly that we decided to park and walk in. Gratefully there wasn't a line inside, but we soon understood why the line was moving slowly. They were understaffed and swamped, moving as fast as they could. For a hot place like El Paso during the spring and summer, I hope they begin staffing better. Maybe someone called out. 2 people was not enough. Nonetheless, they were kind and are drinks were all so yummy! We downloaded the app and received one drink free as promised. We went big and made it an Everest to share. Lemon berry Watermelon was so good! If you're like me and not into dyes and artificial colors, they do have some options. All of the smoothies contain Greek yogurt as an ingredient, so if you're vegan or lactose intolerant, stick with the snow cone. The consistency of the snow cones is so fluffy like real snow and not at all crunchy like Sonic ice (which I also dig). We've been craving it ever since! We'll be back! This place is cute inside and big. They have plenty of board games for you to use and even some games on the wall. The flavor selections are huge and you can mix any flavors together. They have a drive thru as well, and it's always pretty busy. We stopped by at 9:10pm and people were still trickling in. We sat down to wait for our orders and every single table was sticky and dirty. I don't think they had cleaned them in a while.. The cashier was friendly. Our slushees were great. Tables were dirty. Service is horrible! We were going to go through the drive thru but there were 6 cars in line! We walked in it was empty there were 3 employees giggling and gossiping it took 30 minutes for us to get 3 large shaved ice. Meanwhile we noticed that only 2 vehicles were served through the drive thru line. They should send secret shoppers to review this location because those girls need to be replaced. We were attempting to place an order for a youth football team and the representative tbat answered the phone was VERY rude to us and had an unnecessary attitude. When asking for the manager she told us they did not have one and hung up the phone. We have been trying to place an order and the bahama bucks has not answered the phone. read more

Let me just start off by saying that i love this place and the selection of shave ice and smoothies that they have. At the end of a long hot day, it is one of my small joys to get this place before heading home. However, i find that the more I frequent (which is 2-4 times a week), the worse the customer service gets. The girls working here always seem to be having a bad day and aren't very friendly. They barely speak and will just hand you your order and slam their drive through door. it's also about a 50% chance that they will mess up my order on top of usually giving it to me very sloppy with the liquid overflowing or sticky spots on the cup as if they just plopped everything in there with no care. Although it won't stop me from coming unless the quality goes down or service becomes unbearable, i will say that the manager or whoever is in charge needs to do a better a job at ensuring customer service standards are upheld or that they make some staffing changes to accommodate their flow of customers if their current staff is unable to handle it or are easily overwhelmed read more

Nice and laid back atmosphere as you enter the shop. They play relaxed music so the whole experience is really beach-like and it makes you feel like you're on vacation. Staff was very friendly and it's also super clean in there! They were fast with my order and it was delicious. I wasn't blown away today, honestly. The place is cute looking, but the chick working wasn't very friendly and only gave me part of my order... I stood there waiting to ask for the rest of it, but she ignored me and went on to the next customer. I politely waited then when she finished I asked for my other drink and finally got it. I got a small coffee and water, with the military discount added, my small coffee was still almost four dollars... Which I thought was kinda overpriced....
