Whether it's due to changes to management/staff or ownership it's almost back to being a fun place to shop again. They update often now on both IG and FB sites, they will hold items for 24 hours now (thank you again for my LV Speedy bag!!!I love it) and it's a cleaner and more organized place to shop than it's been for the last couple years. Impressed. My bank account may not thank you for the positive changes but my fashion game does. Thanks CM!!!

I love shoes... What girl doesn't right?!?! Well as I age gracefully ;-)…read more I have learned to take better care of my feet. I walked in Fleet Feet with a certain shoe in mind based on "it's cuteness and style." but was quickly educated that my foot and foot pain could be as a result of poor fitting shoes. Using the 3D foot scan and Pressure Plate Reading I learned that I have been wearing the wrong size shoe. I was shocked and slightly embarrassed. A copy of this analyst was sent to my email for review as needed. Based of my results I tried on three different brands and ended up purchasing Hoka Mach 4 with insoles for extra arch support and Plantar Fasciitis compression socks. My feet never felt so good that I left wearing the shoes out of the store. The professional trained outfitters and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and made me extremely comfortable. I was in and out in under an hour. I did not spend hours trying on the whole store in search for the perfect workout shoes. What a great experience! Highly recommend. Your feet will thank you!

Terrible Customer Service!! My daughter went there to buy some running shoes based on my…read morerecommendation. The sales person did a scan of her feet and everything, and sold her the "perfect pair of shoes" for her. She started running and quickly had issues with her feet hurting. I told her to go back with her shoes. She went back today (27 May 26) and explained her issues. The salesman today told her about the sales person that sold her the previous pair of shoes "it was probably some new person who didn't know what they were talking about" and that they sold her a narrow toe boxed shoe when she needed a wider toe box show. He gladly sold her a new pair of shoes that should work for her. After their mistake and her buying the shoes they recommended, they didn't take them back, offer her a discount or anything. Just sold her a new pair of shoes. I know I will pay more for shoes at Fleet Feet. I'm ok with that, but I expect professional sales people who know what they are talking about and will make accurate recommendations. I'm very disappointed as this definitely isn't the way a company should do business.

I found SO many items that looked great ranging from jumpsuits, dresses, blouses, shoes to pants. So impressed with this place. Also, Olivia was SO helpful. She even suggested items for me to try on that I wouldn't have considered and LOVED. Following their Instagram account is also super helpful. They showcase their clothes on real women and even give you their heights so you know how to compare the outfit on you. This helped me tremendously considering I'm short (5'1"). So I like to follow on their Instagram what Olivia is modeling to see how it might fit me. I plan on being a frequent customer.

I entered the store and saw it was having a pop up store event with three vendors. The free champagne bar popped with color in the store and the balloons were a lovely touch. I couldn't resist the bright colors of the macaroons, and I haven't eaten all day. I saw the prettiest cross stitched framed items by Emily Reedstrom.
