The staff member was on her phone and said they aren't allowed to pee or poop on shift when I asked her what she uses during her shift. Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

Everything was reasonably priced and the store was spotless, even the bathrooms. The staff working were very friendly and kind. As I looked around the store, I noticed they had a large variety of snacks and great convenience products for sale, except their craft beer selection, which was average. Overall, a very nice gas station and convenience store.

She got carded so came out for her ID but had misplaced it. I went in to buy the beer. I am 58 years old. The cashier let me stand in line waiting while she helped other people then when I got up to the counter told me she could not sell the beer to me because we came in the same vehicle. I was more than irritated. Not sure who makes the rules at that location but I won't be going back. The cashier rolled her eyes and gapped at me with her mouth open when I complained. Very rude and condescending. Wouldn't sell beer to a 35 or a 58 year old! Unbelievable.

This is the absolute worst CVS in the country. Words cannot even begin to describe how horrendous…read morethis pharmacy is. CVS does not give a rat's ass about their employees nor their patients/customers. All CVS cares about is money period! Even when the two pharmacists killed themselves recently, CVS's response was to threaten the staff with termination and legal suits, if the staff went to the media and spoke the truth that it was CVS's fault those pharmacists killed themselves. Not one word of sorry or empathy towards the families. At the Lake Ozark store. We have seen a pharmacist by themselves working a full day. They have had awesome pharmacists, a man and before him a woman, but due to their money over everything leadership they drove those pharmacists away. We used to love the staff there but as of late all of the female technicians are totally incompetent and rude even the ones that have been there for years. Their new male pharmacist is totally worthless and rude. Any empathy that the staff displays is all fake. We have been talking to former and current employees, their families and patients across the U.S., collecting data about the unethical treatment of their staff and patients. Our goal is to get a nationwide class action suit against CVS. Our suggestion is to inundate CVS corporate, the boards of pharmacy and the news media daily about CVS. We also suggest going to local pharmacies vs BIG Brother corporate pharmacies. Walgreens is no better. Remember CVS does not care about you! They only care about money.
