There was feces on the seat and outside of the bowl and both rolls of t.p. were totally empty. I'm kind of glad the seat was so dirty because if I would've sat down I would've been in quite a predicament. My wife stated that the toilet in the ladies room would not flush. There were two young men working and they were pleasant and courteous, even when I told one of them about the state of the men's room. With a second employee working the restrooms should not have been in that condition no matter how busy it was. Normally this store is quite clean and offers great deals on candy, soda, etc. Gas prices are usually the cheapest in the area. I would recommend this station but hopefully my experience wasn't a sign of a trend developing.

At this interchange, Buc-ee's paid for roundabouts on both sides, which is highly efficient. It's a brilliant idea and enables smooth traffic flow everywhere. This Buc-ee's has been here for about three years according to Brisket Bill, and it already feels like a staple stop. I stood there watching them chop fresh brisket and almost went with the Big Buckin' Brisket Sandwich XXL... but it was just two buckin' much for me. Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.
