This is the absolute worst CVS in the country. Words cannot even begin to describe how horrendous this pharmacy is. CVS does not give a rat's ass about their employees nor their patients/customers. All CVS cares about is money period! Even when the two pharmacists killed themselves recently, CVS's response was to threaten the staff with termination and legal suits, if the staff went to the media and spoke the truth that it was CVS's fault those pharmacists killed themselves. Not one word of sorry or empathy towards the families. At the Lake Ozark store. We have seen a pharmacist by themselves working a full day. They have had awesome pharmacists, a man and before him a woman, but due to their money over everything leadership they drove those pharmacists away. We used to love the staff there but as of late all of the female technicians are totally incompetent and rude even the ones that have been there for years. Their new male pharmacist is totally worthless and rude. Any empathy that the staff displays is all fake. We have been talking to former and current employees, their families and patients across the U.S., collecting data about the unethical treatment of their staff and patients. Our goal is to get a nationwide class action suit against CVS. Our suggestion is to inundate CVS corporate, the boards of pharmacy and the news media daily about CVS. We also suggest going to local pharmacies vs BIG Brother corporate pharmacies. Walgreens is no better. Remember CVS does not care about you! They only care about money. read more

Worst customer service. Do not use this CVS. To get a passport photo they won't email it to you for uploading purposes. They say that when they have done it in the past it is the wrong size. Then try to get anyone on the phone to ask for the photo to be emailed. Voice prompts go nowhere. Then when you do get someone to answer they tell you that you have to come back and take another photo. Incompetent terrible customer service all around. read more

6:00 apt for vaccinations. Got an email at 6: 10 saying they dropped one of them. The staff still hasn't informed me at 6:16. Just let us both sit here when they know they dropped what we expressly came in for. I hate this place. I've already moved my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Most times that I call I have to leave a message and wait over an hour for a callback, just for a simple question. When I do talk to the actual pharmacist he is very rude, impatient and condescending to me. The wait time is horrible as well. I was in the ER last night, Dr. prescribed me an antibiotic and this pharmacy opens at 9am, CVS website says it will be ready at 10am.. Still not ready at 12pm. Zero customer service. I asked the dragon behind the counter if there was any more stock of a certain foundation and she literally just stared at me about to breathe fire. Didnt even answer or bother just started to ring out our purchase...was signage that claimed buy one get one had off...when we pointed that out she informed "only if you have CVS membership" very hateful didn't even bother to ask if we'd like to sign up. We asked to just remove one and carry on. So today I went into CVS Pharmacy Lake Ozark MO. I had tried to reach them by phone to no avail for a week. Spent over 40 mins on the phone one time with no answer, didn't stay on that long when they weren't picking up the other times. We have used this pharmacy for at least 10 years and had been very happy with the service. My husband and I are seniors and have multiple complicated medical issues. The pharmacy has been influx sense their pharmacist left and a new crew came in. They say they have staffing issues so they have closed the drive thru which we used most of the time. They aren't answering the phone and they aren't doing flu shots. Quite a mess! So when I went in I had several issues to discuss. One med they tell me they are having problems getting it. So I say I'll contact my Dr and see what he wants me to do? This pharmacy suggest that I just switch to a similar med. I say no I want to check with my Dr. He gives me a smirk like you poor stupid lady. And I loss it! I say he's not a Dr turned out he was? So he says. I say well your not my Dr and you don't know my history! Words were exchanged but no foul language. I do have a loud voice which goes up if I'm upset! He proceeds to come out from the pharmacy and tells me that if I ever talked to him or the staff (which I didn't say anything bad to staff) that he will call the cops and have me arrested and taken to jail never to return to this pharmacy! Now I'm a senior citizen riding a motorized cart! Really??? So I left and have now switched pharmacies. We spend $100's a month with them which he didn't care! When we went to the other pharmacy they commented that their were others switching. I certainly won't go back! read more

Had a great experience. Being a local its nice to see the same ppl in there every time you go in. Super helpful and nice. Couldn't ask for more from the pharmacy to the front of the house. If I ever had a problem I would talk to I think shes management, Crystal and shes helped me and my husband right away. read more

Horrible pharmacy service! When we called early morning they said prescription would be ready after noon. We got there at 3. Not ready. Waited 30 minutes in parking lot. go back thru drive thru. Wait 20 min and they did not acknowledge we were there! I went up to window in person! read more

Worst customer service the last few time I have gone there. Cashiers need to be nicer especially the female (who I won't name but should know who she is since she is NEVER friendly!!!) one. She is down right rude and not helpful to locate an item or even just help out. You lost my business read more
