Asked Eldon if X-rays were available and was told yes and open till 7:00. Arrived @ 5:00. Went back in room 6:05 and was told by provider "Sorry, the X-ray tech leaves at 6:00!" Was told go to hospital ER for ultrasound! What an absolute waste of time at all three of Your facilities!! Eldon should have said or realized when I called receptionist and checked into to at least inform me of the X-ray time issue! Two facilities unavailable and one that is open not offering X-rays? I paid for what exactly? I know I had a Hematoma! Do better Lake Regional! Urgent Care should be far from your name as this place is good for treating a cough at best!!

Got them home and had to throw a couple away immediately because they were rotten and almost every other potato was already sprouted. I can't say this is the first time this kind of event has happened. It seems all of the vegetables are borderline bad right from the store. I've purchased milk that was in date but sour when I opened it and my daughter and I both got sick on a cooked deli chicken one time.from this store. I've also seen meat that is blatantly out of date based on their own labels. I keep telling myself never to buy anything fresh from the store, that possibly canned prepackaged items were OK, that's a fairly specific grocery run when you can't trust things that are supposed to be fresh. The only good thing I can say about the store is the mailed coupons are always very specific to what I've previously purchased. Generally though, the checkout line is exceedingly long and takes as much time to get through it as an entire grocery shopping trip by itself.

She told me my ankle was sprained and that I would be fine in two weeks, NEVER ONCE saying anything about following up with another doctor. A few weeks later I had no choice but to see another doctor because I still could put zero weight on my foot. He was absolutely shocked that they missed 2 breaks and a torn ligament the way they had. I had to have two plates and screws put in my ankle it was so bad. He said there was absolutely no way an x-ray could have missed the amount of damage that was done, not even when it was a new break. Small fractures can be hard to detect when it's a new break, but this was no small fracture lol. Extensive damage had been done. My amazing insurance (whom I will also be filing a complaint against this establishment with) has already paid them hundreds of dollars for this amazingly bad care, so when we got yet another bill for 17+ dollars I didn't feel it fair that I should have to pay it. We then filed a complaint with grevence and asked them to waive this very small fee but they found in their favor saying I was told to follow up with another doctor......THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I was never told anything close to that!!! I was specifically told it was NOT broken, that it was just a sprain and to stay off of it for two weeks. Not one word about following up with someone else. No discharge/after care papers or anything. They still want me to pay them another measly 17.50 even though they did absolutely nothing to help me, and have already received MORE then their fair share. I didn't even get a tylenol for the pain. I left that place in tiers and I'm still completely shocked at how badly they handled my entire situation. I trusted them and shouldn't have. PLEASEE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! They are very obviously more worried about their money then they are your well being

She didn't just give me "BandAid Care" and get me out of there like most doctor's offices do these days. I was not expecting the level of care I received, especially since express or urgent care facilities are known for volume and not necessarily quality. I was having a terrible experience that day with my normal provider's office and by the time I left this Express Care office I was smiling. They were just absolutely terrific! I will 100% go back in the future when I have trouble getting into see my GP. If Dr. Edward's and staff were a GP I would switch over to them in a heartbeat! Thank you for your care!
