The cashier has seen me before…read more My niece, who is 35, and I stopped to pick up beer for my brother-in-law and my niece went in while I waited in the car. She got carded so came out for her ID but had misplaced it. I went in to buy the beer. I am 58 years old. The cashier let me stand in line waiting while she helped other people then when I got up to the counter told me she could not sell the beer to me because we came in the same vehicle. I was more than irritated. Not sure who makes the rules at that location but I won't be going back. The cashier rolled her eyes and gapped at me with her mouth open when I complained. There was feces on the seat and outside of the bowl and both rolls of t.p. were totally empty. I'm kind of glad the seat was so dirty because if I would've sat down I would've been in quite a predicament. My wife stated that the toilet in the ladies room would not flush. There were two young men working and they were pleasant and courteous, even when I told one of them about the state of the men's room. With a second employee working the restrooms should not have been in that condition no matter how busy it was. Normally this store is quite clean and offers great deals on candy, soda, etc. Gas prices are usually the cheapest in the area. I would recommend this station but hopefully my experience wasn't a sign of a trend developing.

Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.
