AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'd give negative stars if I could!…read moreThis gas station looks like it was used in the movie Deliverance. The gas pumps do not accept credit / debit cards and look at least 30 years old. The store has a dingy dirty look to it. I purchased approximately 30 something dollars in unleaded gas and was not given a receipt. The next day I found I was charged 50 dollars. I figured maybe the overcharge was necessary to purchase cleaning supplies and paint to spruce the place up. Do yourselves a favor and get gas somewhere else!

Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

Everything was reasonably priced and the store was spotless, even the bathrooms. The staff working were very friendly and kind. As I looked around the store, I noticed they had a large variety of snacks and great convenience products for sale, except their craft beer selection, which was average. Overall, a very nice gas station and convenience store.

I've been coming here for lunch while working in the area this past week, and my experience has…read morebeen very inconsistent depending on the staff. One of the employees I encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and positive--it made my visit genuinely enjoyable. On the day she was working in the kitchen, my food was perfectly fine with no issues. However, on two separate occasions when a different cook was working, I found what appeared to be thin animal hairs in my pizza. Both times, I returned the food and received a refund, but the cook denied it was hair and claimed it came from the pan or was cheese. That explanation doesn't make sense--if something from the pan looks like hair, that's still a serious cleanliness concern. She was also rude and even suggested I stop ordering pizza altogether, which is not an appropriate response. Additionally, the cashier I dealt with on those visits had a noticeable attitude, was unhelpful and looked at me like i was the problem. It's disappointing because I know this location is capable of good service and quality food based on my experience with other staff. But consistency and cleanliness need serious improvement. I hope management addresses these issues.
