Unfriendly, uncool, not a surprise they have only one star. They all need training, badly.

Then she immediately went outside for a cigarette as soon as she rudely told me I couldn't use the restroom. Nasty rude staff shouldn't be allowed to deal with humans.

Since new owners are now operating this business, it is completely opposite of where it was regarding customer service. Employees are not responsive to questions nor concerns, the facility quality has dropped significantly, window cleaning solution is rarely available at each pump, trash cans are rarely emptied and on two occasions, staff was observed emptying trash cans by gas pumps while smoking a lit cigarette. The later is most concerning. All in all, the owners need to step up regarding training of staff and expectations for quality service.

He even went out if his way to stay a little longer at the shop to insure my car got there safely and parked where he could get it inside to warm up to begin work the next day. He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day. Steve is probably one of the most tenured mechanics in the area that tells you like it is, explaining the mechanical details along the way. I would highly recommend him for his vast knowledge, following up keeping me in the loop on the car status and his swiftness in diagnosing and fixing my car.

Yesterday l picked them up after five days there as we don't get to town but once a week usually. I saw them sitting outside by the CS area window. I paid for the service ($40) and went to load up. I noticed the new tires looked like they'd been mudding on a ATV. Looked move and wondered if they'd actually got new valve stems installed or just old valve cores put in. Also one valve cap was missing and the other chewed up, not new. Went back and spoke with the CS guy and he assured me they were new. I was referred to Clark Warehouse and Tire for this service as AK Small Engine wouldn't do it unless i'd purchased the tires from them. I will not be returning to Clark as there's another tire shop down the road...
