I can't say enough positive things about this place! We've ordered a variety of Mexican dishes here before, and every single one has been outstanding, from the burritos and bowls to the maduros. The food is always flavorful, fresh, and served in generous portions. We ordered bagels here in the past and they are very soft and fresh as well. Recently, we decided to try their catering and ordered the steak fajita platter for 15 people. We were amazed by both the size and quality of the meal. The portions were huge, with a generous amount of tender beef and perfectly cooked peppers that were juicy and full of flavor. The order also included two large trays each of rice and beans, along with full containers of sour cream, salsa, and plenty of tortillas. The pictures that I took were already half eaten so the original amount of food was even more plentiful! We also ordered a quesadilla tray (with half a tray of chicken and a half tray of chorizo), and it was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food tasted. It was a huge hit with everyone! On top of that, the entire order was very reasonably priced. Ernesto was incredibly friendly and even helped carry the food out to my car. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were when I requested that some of the food be separated due to a guest's food allergies. Breakfast taco was amazing. Tortilla was legit which is crucial for any taco, corn masa had just the right chew and felt fresh. The pico was bright and not runny with good crunch from onion plus pop from cilantro. Fresh chorizo wasn't greasy tasty and not greasy at all making it perfect mixed in with eggs. I love heat so the green sauce provided a medium kick balancing out the buttery avocado. read more

I've been here over ten times and every single time the food is amazing. I'm convinced that all these negative reviews are Bagel Nosh regulars and are just simply butthurt that a competitor has opened shop in close proximity. Bagel Bros 2 is a great bagel/deli and actually one of the most consistent breakfast places I've had the pleasure of discovering in Bergen County. The service is always spot on and the employees are very kind, patient, and courteous. This bagel store downright does not deserve the low rating it currently has. If you look at the unrecommended reviews, there are 4 positive reviews that are hidden and not factored into the overall rating which is simply ridiculous because 3 of 4 of the negative reviews have a combined total of 5 reviews and barely contain any writing. I have gotten bagels here previously but it's been over a year or two since I went. The most recent time I went (about a week ago) the bagel was almost 'cakey'. It was not light and soft on the inside with a crunch on the outside like other northern New Jersey bagels but more heavy and sweet. In a land of bagels, pizza and wings, this place is A-OK. Located in a strip mall with a food store and a liquor store, it is on an end cap. With my work schedule making me be in the area last friday, I stopped by here at 1:45 to get a sandwich. The bagels that they had left looked fresh but limited. It is my fault for going so late in the day. I kept it simple, and ordered a tuna fish sandwich on a plain bagel with lettuce, tomato and onion. The tuna was fresh and not loaded with mayo. I found this spot when I went to the Giant Farmer's Market and needed a bite to eat. Leah, behind the counter was very kind and I eventually ordered the chicken salad on a croissant - The owner (I've forgotten his name) was very solicitous and offered me a pickle and then offered to add it to the chicken salad, if I wanted. This sandwich could not have been fresher or more delicious - It's been a long time since I've had a sandwich this good! In speaking to the owner, he gave me their menu and said to come back, not only for their breakfasts, bagels and sandwiches, but for some really delicious Mexican food, too. As my husband and I are foodies and Bagel Bros 2 is open 7 days a week, I am sure we will take him up on his offer. This is a great little place! read more

Been here a couple times and really like this spot. Usually get myself a sausage, egg, and cheese or other similar sandwich and it's always on point. The guys inside are nice and provide pretty fast service for the most part. Definitely would recommend trying BB2 out if you're in the area. read more

There is no excuse for bagels this bad in Northern NJ. Undercooked to point of raw and doughy centers, pale yellow color instead of golden brown. Just go literally anywhere else for bagels. Go to the produce store in the same plaza and get Lender's. Lender's are many levels above these sad bagels, and that's pretty depressing. read more

Horrible service and wrong order. Walked in and guy behind counter had his head down with a pen in his hand ready to take my order without a simple hello. Never seen someone so pissed to take an order. He was rude through out the whole process. I asked for a tbacon egg and cheese on a round roll. He responds we don't have anymore round rolls. 3rd time I've come here and they didn't have something in my order. The employees and owners do not wear their masks while making and preparing their bagels. One employee even posts public videos of herself and others around the food without masks on. It's one thing to take your mask off for a second to drink something while at work, but this is disgusting and completely unsafe. After seeing how little they care about this I would never get anything from them and I am going to stick with bagel nosh. read more

I love the bagels at Bagel Bros 2 but it drives me crazy when I go in there and there are NO bagels. I'm not there at 2pm right before they close. I'm there in the early morning. And It's all the time there are NO bagels. Yesterday, a Friday morning, I went in at 730am and the bagel bins are basically empty. I'm thinking they must have more in the back- as I go to order the guy grabs a phone call, takes an order and hangs up. (It's a personal pet peeve that places takes phone calls when in person people are waiting to be helped.) I ask for 4 plain bagels - he stops me and says "sorry, we're behind in bagels today." "No problem," I say, "there's one plain bagel left could I have that one?" He says, "sorry I just sold it to the guy on the phone." He didn't offer a time when the next batch of bagels would be out; he didn't try to offer me a different bagel. He just stood there. So I left with nothing and went to Goldberg's where's theres plenty of bagels. I wanted to ask why would you tell the person standing in front of you sorry sold that bagel to someone on the phone? Give it to the person who is standing in the store. The bagels are good here - but if you can't make enough bagels to last the whole morning - or even part of the morning- it's not worth the trip. read more
