I wasn't given the manual and all I could find online were PDFs that would only load with Flash player (thanks iPhone) and websites of sarcastic owners scolding people to "read their manuals." I was completely SOL, about to miss the entire event I was supposed to record and there was probably no way they were going to refund the cost of the rental equipment. I pulled up Yelp and began seeing that all camera stores in my area where now closed (8:45pm on a Friday night), except for one who didn't list a closing time. I called. Trevor answered. He was just finishing up a shoot and was in my neighborhood. Minutes later, we were on the street, troubleshooting my dilemma. Within moments the issue was resolved. Trevor refused payment, shook my hand, and was off, like a superhero into the night, not looking for gratitude or reward...just out there, doing the right thing. Trevor, thank you so much!
