A few months ago she finally said she'd look into plants to replace. And then nothing again. I shouldn't have to keep contacting her. It's been a year and after being told they would do something, I've been ignored. Now my neighbor is complaining about flies from one of my bushes, and sure enough, I looked it up, this bush purposely attracts flies. Now I'm having it removed it and possibly two others to be a good neighbor. And I now have to replace the plants that died before my HOA gives me grief. Meanwhile, my wife had just had a stroke and I'm recovering from cancer and this just added extra stress to our lives. Stay away from these people. They throw a project up to look pretty and then abandon you when their shoddy work fails. The people who are giving 5 stars here will be back to give 1 after they realize this company is terrible.

We have hired Mr. Waldron's crew to work on multiple landscaping projects for our personal home, and will be contacting them again in the near future to work with us on landscaping for our business. The Waldron crew came out to do a full-scale revamp of our backyard which included clearing out tons of weeds, fixing our old/broken irrigation system, programming a new auto irrigation system and laying beautiful landscaping rocks. We were quoted nearly $7,000 from another local company, who told us it would take a week or more to do the job. Waldron and his crew came in at $4,000 and knocked it out in 2 days. Previously, Zac personally did an emergency removal of oak branches that had fallen on 2 cars. That's dedication. Rony Carranza and the crew spent 2 days trimming 26 trees and removing the liquid amber. Mario is the ultimate climber/rigger, safely wielding the chain saw 50 feet up, taking down the giant liquid amber one limb at a time. Also removing the deadwood in the other 40-year old trees. Gonzalo secured Mario's safety lines and caught limbs, J.D. fed the chipper. Rony runs a solid, safe and busy crew.

But in my experience, that is not always reliable, and it pushes extra work on a potential customer. They might or might not be great with their work, but if I can't talk to them without exposing my number to marketing, I will take my business to someone who has greater respect for my privacy and time.

Seems to me they are taking advantage of consumers and a supposed arrangement with the developer who clearly doesn't know what is (NOT) being done.
