I received a seemingly automated response, to which I replied, "I assume you did not receive my message? Thank you." I assumed he didn't read it because I was not inquiring about DJ services. We rented 6 RCF HDL-20 line array speakers and two Mackie 1501 subs, and the system performed exactly the way you hope it will when you're doing real-world production. Clean, powerful, and consistent coverage. The tops had great clarity and throw, and the subs delivered solid low end without getting muddy. What I really appreciate is that Eden USA runs their operation like pros: the gear is well maintained, pickup/return is smooth, and they're helpful with practical guidance so you're not wasting time guessing. As someone in event production myself, I don't leave reviews lightly, but Eden USA has earned my repeat business. We are very glad we didn't just jump at any vendor. In our research we found the prices for Lighting and DJ combos to be all over the place for pretty much the same service. We met with Ammon and instantly had a personal connection to him and liked what he and his company had to offer. He was more than willing to work with our budget, while still caring about how the venue would like and sound like. We were able to find a happy medium cost-wise and Ammon did his best to throw in even more than was promised because he cared about how the end product looked and sounded like. On the wedding day, both my, now wife, loved how everything looked and sounded. We had two rooms in our venue and we discussed having the main dining room feel "warmer." So Ammon suggested some nice soft pink uplighting along the walls while the other room was more of party room where where the colors were more of a deep purple. In regards to the music, Ammon offered a lot of great suggestions for specific music for different moments of the wedding which was very helpful. Once the dance floor opened, he did a great job of keeping the energy and the party going. He even ended up running the music longer because people kept dancing...a lot of the credit goes to him on that!
