The bar is average, serving many of the popular cocktails and local beers. It has a chill atmosphere inside. There's pool tables and a jukebox so the crowd controls the jams! The bartender was super friendly and talked to everyone without being rude, considering most of my friends and I that went were already on a good level! Side note: don't let your friend order you a trash can when you've already had a few shots and beer, mixing always gets crazy! #Cheers #Yolo #ItsLit It gets really cold here, around -20 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there from February to April. That's where bars come in handy, alcohol always warms up ya system and people start dancing in there, you kinda forget you're in New York! Fun place to visit if you're in the area, especially for those that are unfortunate enough to be stationed at Fort Drum! I'm one of the many survivors of that icy hell.

The boys were lobbying hard for Tully's, but I convinced them to give this fried chicken sandwich spot a chance. Happy to report that there was not a single complaint while dining here. Choosing a sandwich was the hardest part. I went with The Competition: pimento cheese and hot honey, which complemented each other so well. The fried chicken itself was juicy inside with a crispy seasoned coating. It wasn't greasy and had just the right amount of spices. My one son stepped outside his comfort zone and ordered the Roll Tide with Alabama bbq sauce and dill pickles. So thankful he was willing to share; it was excellent. My favorite part? Upgrading to the sweet waffle fries. I've had plenty of sweet potato fries before, but never ones tossed in sea salt. Absolutely enjoyed the salty-sweet combo. By the end of the meal, three hungry 11-year-old boys and one indecisive mom had completely cleaned their plates. Would definitely come back.

The new location doesn't have them. She ordered the fake chicken and it was not great. Also the service was very slow. We understood when we got there it was very busy (it's also very loud!) but had emptied out quite a bit before we left and we were left sitting with our dirty dishes in front of us. We came for my MIL bday and it was difficult to enjoy conversation afterward with all of the dishes, let alone for her to open her gifts. All in all disappointing trip..gave the 3 stars because MY salad was great!

Kid and family friendly. The beer is great, nothing on their current rotation that isn't enjoyable. I've been several weeks in a row and they've had something new to offer every week. A trend I really hope they continue with. One of my favorite things about breweries this size is a constantly changing rotation and the limited edition feeling when they change their lineups. They have several New England IPAs (hazy IPAs in some circles) that I really enjoy and their ESB is a great summer beer. Easy drinking, light and refreshing. The atmosphere is great. This is a brewery focused on great beer and great conversation. They don't have a kitchen but have bar snacks by way of bags of tasty chips and they do allow you to bring in your own food or get food delivered if you want something heavier. They have some board games you can borrow if you're looking for something else to enjoy while you sip on your beer. The brewery is right in the public square with ample parking in the rear. The bar area gets a bit crowded but the back room usually has plenty of space and a table available. You can order drinks from the bar and walk them back yourself or wait for one of the awesome staff members to walk back and check on you. The volume in the back is conversational making this a great option to catch up with friends over a pint or three. I thoroughly enjoy Boots Brewing Company. I travel a bit for work, and my favorite thing to do when I visit a new location is browse Yelp for breweries. All in all, I've been to between 100-150 craft breweries, so I have a solid baseline for comparison. If you appreciate good beer, you'll appreciate this brewery. If you're idea of good beer comes in a 12 pack that costs less than $15 than this place might not be for you. If you're looking for a bar or a place to watch a game, this also probably isn't your cup of tea.
