Third year tradition coming here since we moved to WA. We love it. You drive around and scout different areas for the right size and style Christmas tree for you. Highly recommend you bring a better saw than what they lend you. One year we decided on a fat trunk tree. It took forever. Also recommend checking the width of the trunk prior lol. They have large machines to string them for easy transport. Free hot chocolate and mini candy canes. I sometimes wish they sold more Christmas items to browse, but they do have wreaths and mini trees for $15. Got one for the treehouse! It's adorable. On our way out we saw a family Christmas tailgating (had their hot cocoa, charcuterie and Mom with wine in hand) Love it! Great photo opportunities. read more

Kicking myself for not grabbing any photos! Hands were too full of baby, dog leashes, a saw, a beautiful wreath, etc... Took the whole fam-damly to Bacon's tree farm to outfit our home for the holiday. The farm is appropriately large so even though busy I didn't feel like everyone was on top of one another. A lot of great trees out there; you can be choosy and take your time. Kind of rainy but Santa's shop was covered with warm beverages available and cheery, helpful workers about. We've been coming here for at least 10 years and this will probably be the last. Got our trees and 1 was an inch over 8' and was charged 8.5' and the other was 9'2" and was charged 9.5'. At $252 for both I was disappointed. The people are nice but we'll go somewhere else next year. read more

We had been going to Alpine U Cut for years. Over the years we kept seeing the inventory of Nobles diminish and degrade. We found Bacons on Yelp and gave it a shot. From the friendly girl at the entry booth to the high quality inventory, clean setting sculpted into the undulating terrain, we were sold instantly! Not to mention, the trees were healthier, full of color, and well maintained! Plus they are 20% cheaper than the nearby competitor by the Bremerton Airport! We've been coming here for the last two years and love it! Bacons is about 40 min from Tacoma and well worth the drive. I recommend bringing an electric chainsaw, but if you don't have one, they have free handsaws to borrow. The price is by the foot, so you can get a nice short/fat/round tree for a great price. And they will wrap your tree for a few dollars more. The location is great and the staff are very nice. We'll be making it our family tradition from now on. read more

Super friendly staff! I was debating which location to get my tree this year and I'm glad I decided to stop here. I've never cut my own tree before and one of the guys who worked there helped me out. He helped me figure out how tall I wanted my tree, what type and loading onto my car! He even helped me find my phone that I somehow lost (oops!) At this place, they have from trees to wreaths, and even tree accessories like skirts and stands! They charge by the foot but depending on the kind of tree you want, the price of the foot changes. I think I paid 7.50 per foot for my tree (Douglas I think) and it goes up from there. I wish I could've brought my husband with me to pick out the tree, just even walking around and looking at so many trees was relaxing and really cool. I'll most likely be back for a wreath next week. I can't say enough about these guys. The owner and his son are really great people. We cut down a 12ft Noble that had to weight over 300 pounds. They helped us drag and load it into the trailer. The farm is around 55 acres and a very big selection of trees to choose from. We have not had such a healthy Christmas tree before. This farm and the owners are top notch. Highly recommend. This is a great family owned tree farm. They have 55 acres of trees. The trees a very healthy with little to no brown dead pine needles. They water the trees to keep them healthy. We just stumbled upon this tree farm after going to other tree farms. Bacons is well worth the drive or a scenic ferry ride. They are only about 6 miles from the Bremerton ferry dock. read more
