The ones i ordered were a buck or two so it's a great value. If i had known they were so cheap when I ordered I would have gotten 2 or 3 other flavors to bring home for later. A pupusa is sort of like a Southern corn johnny cake that has filling stuffed inside then grilled. (Well that's how I how i had to sell it to my Mom anyways) It had great corn flavor and was fried nice and crispy on the outside and served piping hot. The order came with a side of Salvadoran-style pickled slaw made from cabbage and carrots. It was fairly spicy and still had good crunch. It goes really well with the sweetness of the corn. These make a nice little snack to munch on while out running errands and are much lighter and healthier than grabbing a burger and fries.

First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

My wife was similarly satisfied with a black bean General Tsoo Hungry (General Tso sauce + broccoli slaw). Wait times for food prep were minimal, and the operators seemed friendly and personable. One caveat: if you've feasted on the area's other burger trucks (i.e. Porter House), Bicycle Burger's offerings will seem smaller in comparison. At $8 (or $10 with fries), the pricing isn't a point of contention, but you may not find it as filling a burger as expected. Here's hoping to seeing more of this truck at local events in the future.

It was "delish"! Don't hate me for using the word. It was a unexpectedly good meal for workday lunch. The vegetables were fresh and nicely sauteed, the basmati rice was perfectly cooked, and the flank steak was wonderful. My steak was cooked medium, which is fine with me. That said, if you want it cooked differently, make a point to ask if they do not. I really liked this dish. I will definitely get it from the Medley food truck again when they offer it again.
