The menu is very comprehensive. We ended up having the 3 course menu for €55, and it was all very good. The fish soup served with rouille, sole meunière (tasted exceptionally fresh) with side of vegetarian lasagne (as good as a main), mille fueille, excellent coffee and petit fours. The portions were all very generous and we were offered more soup from the silver terrine. Wine choice great - but pricey. Alongside the food, the view is amazing, service was lovely, pitched just right between sufficiently formal for the establishment but friendly and welcoming, also to our 2 year old, who was greeted like a VIP by all the waiting staff. The kind staff also agreed to rustle her up some pasta with tomato sauce - I had a taste and it was delicious! We went for a birthday lunch and it certainly felt worthy of a special occasion. We booked in advance and the correspondence was very quick and courteous. read more
