The designer was later let go/or quit and then my experience became worse. Cabinet sizes were wrong and cabinet style were wrong. They never checked the blueprint to get the right cabinets installed. Communication with the owner, Joe, was awful. He was basically yelling at me about the timing of finishing install. it was a HUGE cluster that should've taken 2 weeks instead it was 2 months. The bookkeeper kept hounding me for payment and I had to keep telling her that I wasn't going to pay anymore towards the project until it was finished. The installer(s) didn't;t clean-up after themselves, either Lack of professionalism , Bullying and high costs should be enough to keep anyone from using them.

When we arrived at their showroom in Sarasota they were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a vast selection to choose from. Very competitive pricing too. The installers were gracious and very respectful during the entire 4 weeks they were in our home. The floors look beautiful. May I recommend that you think twice however, living in your home if you decide to tile the entire home. There is no way around it being disruptive. Better Project Planning on their part for the size of the job and the order of which rooms to tile and lay baseboard would have earned them a 5 star. We are very happy with Fairfax Floors.

Conor was our sales rep and he went above and beyond- he came to our house after I got off work…read morebecause I work late (thank you conor) and dropped off samples. Once we picked the flooring we liked he even drove the baseboards out to me so I could sand and paint them prior to install. You don't get that kind of service anywhere else. Conor was in touch with me all day to ensure I was happy with their progress. They even worked hard to get them to install on a weekend since I work min-fri i healthcare and there is no flexibility with my schedule. Now here is where I want to brag the most Their installers- WOW- We want to give a big shoutout to Fransisco, Franklin and a third third gentleman I forgot his name. Their product is great we went with the aqua shield Barnwood luxury vinyl plank but it's about the installers who do the real work. These guys had such attention to detail, they removed the current trim on my cabinets laid the floor down and then put the trim back up. They even removed our toilets so the flooring was seamless. I cannot recommend this company any more than I am right now. We will be using them in the future to do our stairs and laundry room and I will be requesting those three gentlemen again. You can tell they work together very well I could hear them all day laughing and talking. It takes a lot to impress me and I did not have one time where I felt that they were doing below average work. These three gentlemen did above average and I am the attention to detail person and they impressed me. Conor and Steve at fairfax make sure to recognize your three installers as they upheld your product and came through!

Long overdue to write this review but finally getting time. We contracted with Kelley and Jeff ( I…read morebelieve Kelly is the new owner) right before Christmas for a full kitchen remodel new counters , cabinets, sink, lighting etc. we were told about 2 months as they will only start the remodel when all components are in. 2 months later we were ready to go. We already had our granite (in a beautiful leather finish) picked out. The demo team showed up on Monday morning. Vladimar, his son, and Fred. They took the utmost care in taping off the floors and by the end of the day we had a big empty room and not a spec of debris anywhere! The next few days was the installation of base and wall frames and then moved on to the cabinets themselves. The quality and finishing of these Amish made cabinets is outstanding! Dovetailed sealed and corners butted so tight you would think it's one piece! The kitchen was coming together. Next was Alan from Export Granite... extremely professional and efficient. He knew exactly how we wanted the veins matched and from what portion. ( we selected Brazilian Fantasy in leather finish ) if you never seen leather finished granite. Head there to see it. It's a game changer and not anything like cookie cutter Cambrian that everyone has ! Brian's team from Light Life Electric and his team were extremely efficient and fast in installing underneath and kick plate lighting as well as repositioning pendants over our new island Plumbing was taken care of by 941 plumbing and he installed two new traps, sink, faucets and garbage disposal. Once that was complete Vladimir came back to do the finish trim? Crown molding and as they say "Voila" !!! We had a beautiful remodeled kitchen in less than 10 days and we couldn't be happier. Of course they always ask "was it expensive ?" It was well within our "budgeted" plans. They aren't the cheapest nor are they the most expensive. I'd call Copper Leaf ....SOLID!!!!
