You're the only persons in the gym for your reserved hour. John is a bodybuilder (natural) who knows his field. His prices are the most competitive found anywhere for personal training -- in fact, he charges the same or less for an hour of instruction than most gyms do for a half hour of training. John will push you, but he takes great care not to injure you. He won't ask you to do anything that would cause you injury, and if you break form, he stops that set and makes whatever adjustments are necessary. The "insane" workouts of some gyms give you fast results but lifelong injuries. You don't have that worry with John. You'll get a good workout, and he will strongly emphasize nutrition, but he plans to sculpt you over the long haul, not a quick fix. He wants to train you to eat and exercise differently for life -- not yo-yo diet. John and Michelle are personable, friendly, and tell it like it is. They will motivate you. I anticipated letting my husband do the actual training and just watch, but he made it look so easy that I volunteered to try walking him. wow, to say I was shocked and pleased is an understatement.
