They wrapped the furniture in blankets and shrink wrapped before moving out of the house and into other house, being careful as they moved the furniture in and out of the houses. The two men who moved the furniture were very professional, communicative and thorough, especially when it came to inventorying the furniture and payment-everything was straightforward and clear.

He emailed me an estimate and I contacted him later to start on my first project. I bought a Rubbermaid resin shed and he agreed to assemble it. It's been 4 weeks since I bought it. It's rained every day he was scheduled to come until last Friday. He emailed me that morning and said he could not come because he thought he had food poisoning. Later that day I emailed and asked if he was feeling better, if so could he do it Saturday because there was 0 % chance of rain. I did not get a reply. I figured he might still be feeling poorly so I didn't contact him again on the weekend. I realized I had his business card , called and he said he was just getting ready to email me. He agreed to come today , if there was no rain. I emailed yesterday afternoon and told him it was clearing up today. No response, I called the number on his card, there was no answer but a voice mail repeated a number that's not even in Michigan. I emailed again last night , nothing. I called the number twice today , it's now DISCONNECTED. No reply to my email since. The only reason he got a star is because #1 I had no choice and #2 he DID pick up the shed from Home Depot in his truck because I don't have a big enough trunk. I can't fathom why he would do that but stand me up on the actual work.

If you are looking for high quality furniture this is your store. They don't carry cheap pressboard furniture-it is all well made and top quality. They have a great selection of tables, recliners and smaller couches. They have a few mattresses and bed sets and a good assortment of accessories. They also carry some high end patio furniture and a very well made porch swing. The sales team is not high pressure and let you just walk around and take it all in. In Oct. 2022, we notice a seam fraying. So I called Wally. I guess it depends on what day of the week you talk to him, but when I talked to him he was usually agitated and rude. He was going to call me when the fabric came in, I had to call him several times. Now he was going to make arrangements with a friend of his to do the repairs. He had many personal issues he needed to handle, which I understand, as we all do. He never called me when he said he was going to call. I finally called him again today, Feb 17, 2023, I proposed to him that I pick up the material and since I had to pay for the labor, I could take it to get it repaired. He was more polite after that suggestion. I should have looked at the material before I left, but I thought it would have been checked out when it was delivered to his store, and of course it has a big flaw in the middle of the back of the chair. It seems his brother owns Jasens Fine Furniture, looks like we should have gone there. He should let some of his other staff speak with the customers, they seem more polite and not as defensive. And now I am stuck with a chair that needs repair with no material. And I will NOT put myself through discussing this with Wally any further. Sorry I could only submit this with one star, would not allow no stars.
