After asking for more hours, my hours were significantly reduced, making it nearly impossible to rely on this job to consistently pay my bills. Hours felt inconsistent, expectations constantly changed, and there was very little appreciation for the people actually doing the work. Instead of supporting employees, management created unnecessary stress and a negative work environment. The work itself wasn't the problem--the leadership was. I ultimately left because I no longer felt respected or valued. This was easily the worst job I've ever had, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stable hours, professional management, or a workplace where employees feel appreciated.
