However, when I got home and checked my car I noticed that the car wash missed several spots including the back windshield. Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. Update: Management reached out and made the situation right. I went back for another try and the wash was much better. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.

We pulled up to the attendant, he scanned our coupon and within 60 seconds we were already in line for the wash. It never gets old sitting in the car during the car wash! Even though the weather still isn't great and the ground is soggy from melting snow, the place was busy. However, the car wash is equipped with so many vacuum stations that you never had a wait there either. Great vacuum suction and we appreciated how it wiped away lots of dog hair carried into the car floor board. Several options for washes available as well as monthly plans. Not having to pay for the vacuum was a great bonus. Garbage cans are also at each station for an easy clean up.

I have come to the conclusion the individuals doing the estimates were correct, they will not correct or pay for their mistakes.

This place is AWESOME!!! For this price, it's not a super-duper meticulous interior detailing (although I'm sure they offer that service), but it was a very thorough vacuum, clean/wiped windows, dash, inside doors, console, etc. The cleaners were very polite/well-mannered and helpful, which I greatly appreciate, since I had my two small children with me. This location feels more professional (and cleaner) than any other car wash business I've been to in the greater Louisville area. We'll definitely be back!

The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.
