Even though the weather still isn't great and the ground is soggy from melting snow, the place was busy. However, the car wash is equipped with so many vacuum stations that you never had a wait there either. Great vacuum suction and we appreciated how it wiped away lots of dog hair carried into the car floor board. Several options for washes available as well as monthly plans. Not having to pay for the vacuum was a great bonus. Garbage cans are also at each station for an easy clean up.

I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.

Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.
