One of the biggest perks was the M Club Lounge, which offers daily breakfast and a comfortable space to recharge between sightseeing. Service was excellent from the start--we arrived early after an overnight flight and were pleasantly surprised to be checked in early, which made a huge difference after traveling. Clean rooms, great amenities, and an unbeatable location. Would absolutely stay here again, especially for a family trip or a holiday visit to Amsterdam.

Anytime a minor hiccup arose (room was not serviced one day), it was quickly addressed. Elite recognition: + No major upgrades available (NUA denied). Fully sold out hotel during our stay. + M Club Lounge was very nice. Had some of the longest breakfast hours I have seen (6-11am), but was essentially the same thing each morning. It got busy during evening hours (5:30-7:30pm), with some minor variation in food. Everyone I interacted with there was professional, helpful, and friendly. Unfortunately, the good service at the front desk didn't extend to the rest of the hotel. The bar and Lotti's restaurant were both consistently understaffed, and the service was extremely slow. Lotti's also seemed to be out of a lot of the main dishes, even though the menu is already pretty limited. As for the rooms, they were okay, but felt a little worn and could really use some updating. Nothing terrible, but for what the hotel charges, I think you should be able to expect a bit more comfort and quality. After checking out the W Hotel nearby, which was much nicer for a similar price, I couldn't help but feel disappointed. For nearly $4500 after taxes for three nights in two rooms at the Hoxton, I honestly felt a bit cheated. Again, the front desk team deserves credit, but overall, I think the Hoxton needs to step up its game to justify these rates.

As soon as my cab stopped in front, a man immediately came down the stairs to help me with my bag and escort me to the check in area. I've seen a couple of masseuses in the last two years in the states and one in Canada and NONE had ever even mentioned that that could help. I love this! Very professional staff. The spa also very serene with sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. They have a door to the garden which I'm assuming is beautiful in summer but I was here in February so it was freezing! When I checked out it was with Lisa again and she was great as usual and the guys helped me with my bags again when my uber came.
