Two of their staff showed up as scheduled and were able to provide an immediate estimate, and then were able to start work right away. They fixed two major issues - an outdoor leaking faucet (in winter when it was cold), and an indoor shutoff valve. Their team replaced our 30 year old hand-crank shutoff valve with an amazing, easy-to-use modern system (see photo attached to this review). What is hard to convey is their level of professionalism. A tester came out in early July and, due to some overly enthusiastic spring mulching, 'couldn't find' my back flow device (its in the same place it was last year, I guess the company doesn't keep any notes?). Instead of knocking on the door or calling, he filled out a form saying they couldn't find the device but that they would contact me to reschedule. It's now late august, they have not contacted me to reschedule. I get that the company might have a policy about not digging around in customers' mulch, but i think it took me less time to clear the mulch after finding the form than it took the technician to write it out. Why fill out a form and leave instead of even trying to contact the owner?
