I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

Since it was 102 out, this was a huge problem. I looked up the emergency RV technicians in Billings and of the few that I found only one was able to come with a new unit and fix our problem. Jeff from Montana RV repair and maintenance. Jeff really went out of his way to help us. Not only did he find a unit that matched mine, as this air conditioner issue did not happen until 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon, but he came out after he put his kids to bed at 9:30 PM. So he arrived to do the work at nearly 10:30 PM. Not only was he willing to change the unit, but he took everything apart and looked at it and determined that the unit was perfectly fine, but what happened was the drain holes to drain the water produced were not properly drilled from the manufacturer and so the water was pooling up in the unit and causing it to not work properly. He fixed that problem and so instead of having to buy a new air conditioner, I was able to just get a little bit of work done and I saved a whole ton of money compared to a new air conditioner. Not just that, but Jeff was a really nice guy that our whole family enjoyed talking to you while he worked and we were very impressed with not just his work ethic but his honesty and his availability.
