They didn't flinch and onboarded the project and delivered a masterpiece. Half had logo in a wrong place and other half had logo upside-down. The owner told us "you can still sell it, it's just upside-down" Ridiculous... when was the last time he bought ANYTHING with logo upside-down???? Toothpaste, shoes, plane ticket, potato chips.. nothing ever has logo upside-down!!!! The owner refusing to cover the cost of ruined product, he even kept some of it and never sent back.( maybe his wife or friends are using it now) We are dealing with legal stuff preparing to sue him.
