She refunded my money, offered me a discount on future purchase and made my order right. I truly appreciate your follow up. The finished product is in the comments. THANK YOU for turning this negative into a positive!! I would not recommend this company. I was so excited to see this cup on your site where I could contribute to a black owned company. I received email updates on my order and shipping confirmation. The turnaround time was great! It would be here in time for my daughter to give to her teacher during teacher appreciation week. Well...I received the product and was in shock that it was even sent out. The colors are faded. The printing is off and just wasn't a good job at all. I immediately hopped online to your chat (which states we respond immediately) and had the window open for a hour. No one responded (it was a Friday late afternoon so I could see that). I decided to send an email after the hour because I would more than likely get a response that way (your policy states an answer within 24-48 hrs, again it was the weekend so I figured I would at least hear from you by Tuesday). I have emailed four times within the last 10 days (to both email addresses) and still have not received a response. For it to be this long with no response is totally unprofessional! I've sent pictures of what I received and asked for a refund. I will even send the cup back because there's no way I could give this cup to her teacher. This is so unfair and not okay. So disappointed in your company! Attached is what they advertise vs. what I received...
