She was great as long as she likes you but once you get her upset! She is rude, angry and has to maintain control. If you like being treated like a test dummy or puppet, this is the company. Tiffani and Kelly are really aunt and niece. If they don't like you, they will put you out and say it's because you violated. No paperwork outlined to know if you're doing anything right, just two catty ass women making decisions for your life. In summary, once I told the director I had a medical condition and inclement weather worsens it, she stated I was a liability and needed to go to another shelter. Once our personalities clashed, she began yelling and being combative. Do better, Family Promise!
