In a few short words, it's hard to say anything less than -- Jeff saved my life. I have not had any medical professional listen *and* believe me when I say that I'm in pain. Jeff listens and really wants to help. Having had so many doctors and physical therapy in the past 10 years, I've never felt as seen as I have here. A few months ago I experienced pain truly worse than anything I had ever felt before, I couldn't work and I had gone to the ER three times in a week. Not only has Jeff given me significant mobility back, he has given me pain relief that gives me hope that severe pain does not have to be forever. These folks are the best in the business. I had a shoulder mobility problem in early 2024 and a back injury at the end of 2024. Both issues required PT and I'm happy to report my shoulder has full mobility again and my back is no longer in pain. Jeff is the man with the plan who designs personalized PT programs that work. He's backed by an outstanding team of professionals. Best of all, they have a fantastic sense of humor which makes it fun. Time flies when you're having fun. I've recommended these folks to my Doc and I hope that brings referrals their way. They deserve it. read more

I went to back to golf after a major auto accident. They got me in quickly and have been super attentive and great with my post host care. The doc I see there checks my progression at every visit and the gentleman who runs my exercise sessions is great. They are friendly and I find myself meeting goals quickly! read more

The person who answered the phone at Back to Golf refused to make me an appointment, insisting they never received the referral my doctor faxed. When I asked if delayed fax is a frequent problem, she replied, "It's not a problem for us," and "It's not our job to monitor other people's fax machines." By the time Back to Golf finally called me 10 days later to say they found the referral, it was long after I'd already made me an appointment with Peltz Physical Therapy (which is excellent, by the way). If you're in pain and need help, don't waste your time on Back to Golf. read more

I am 76 years old, and I am going to Summit Pain Alliance for my scoliosis and pain in my lower back. My doctor recommended I go to Back to Golf for physical therapy. I thought it was just for golf-related injuries, but it isn't. In the past, I have been to several physical therapists at different companies. Back to Golf is a step above. The entire staff is very friendly and calls me by name within a few visits. My physical therapist is Louis Venditti, and he listens to my concerns and adjusts my routine to do the most to correct my issues. He is very knowledgeable and shows concern with any issues I have. All of the PT Aids (which are the ones that work with you on the exercises) are great, friendly, and show concern to everyone they work with. I highly recommend this business. Diane Parker read more

After I no longer required care, maybe a month later I received a bill for a substantial amount. I paid the requested co-pay every visit so apparently the office staff did not verify with the insurance provider regarding the co-pay. I don't know when they discovered it. It's a little shocking get a bill with no explanation. So after talking to my insurance carrier, they called Back to Golf and determined that the office was not charging me the correct co-pay. When did they discover it? Why didn't they tell me? I just received a bill in the mail with no explanation? Very unprofessional I called Back to Golf the day I received the bill. Their phone message said that they will return calls within 48 hours. It's been more than 48 hours and there's been no call. After three days, I decided to call them. I spoke with a new inexperienced front desk person who said she basically didn't want to talk to me because the conversation was unproductive. What? Good customer service training would've let her know that you need to let the customer talk express their frustration, make suggestions or whatever that Customer wants to do. (without being abusive.), which is what I said to her in so many words then we can determine resolution. She needs customer service training. Then about a week later, I got a call from somebody else who says she only works part time and apologized went on and on about the mistakes they made in a happy, bouncy. Like her happy bouncy voice was going to make it all better. No it doesn't make it all better. Rather than working part time, you should consider working full time so that you may properly train your staff. They should zero out my account and move on. read more

B2G has been a game changer in my life! I started going a year ago after a difficult battle with cancer that left me hospitalized and bedridden for 5.5 months, with life long kidney failure and using a wheelchair or walker to get around. Jeff Latz has been so amazing; switching up my workouts as I slowly progressed. With Jeff's help, I now don't need the aid of a wheelchair or a walker. The assistants have all been amazing and I've gotten to know them being there for a year. Drue, Sean, Antonio, Aaron, Cole, Alexis, Morgan, Zach: I could go on! (Pro tip: bring homemade baked goods, they'll love you forever!) Everyone is so encouraging and always cheers on my wins! I'm currently on their membership plan where I don't have an assistant working out with me which does make it less fun but they are always around to help and stop for quick chats. I love observing everyone with the other patients; nothing but kind words, good conversations and plenty of encouragement! I've only worked with Melissa, another therapist, once but she's just as encouraging as everyone else with my progress. So friendly and super nice! Same with therapist, Paige. These ladies are so knowledgeable and just very sweet people. It's obvious how much they care for their patients. I'd recommend Jeff at B2G all day, every day! read more

Being active and moving into my middle years, I have had a few different injuries to deal with over the years. Each time insurance sent me to different physical therapy and each time I ended up at Back to Golf, often having to pay out of my own pocket. Well worth the money. Many physical therapy companies focus on Therapy and forget the Physical. Not Back to Golf. They are all about getting the patients back to, and past their original baseline. I had a torn gastrocnemius ( calf muscle ) that had scarred due to shelter in place situation. Jeff and his amazing staff helped me recover the use of that muscle. Jeff worked so hard to break the tissue and help in healing the muscle. Jeff is knowledgable and an amazing healer. I am getting better and feeling so grateful ! NO ONE smiles in this office.. the front desk seems annoyed that your there.. the interns or employees act the same way.. that they have a better place to be and its not with you. I decided after 1 1/2 months there.. twice a week.. that I dreaded going for my appointments.. So I left. One star.. only because I had to. I called to cancelled my appointment and this is a 48 hrs before my initial appointment. They put me on hold for exactly 4:59 mins of waiting no music in the background you just guess if the person who put you on hold ever comeback or not I almost hang up the phone just waiting for exact 5mins for a record. the receptionist telling me that they are short staff but it doesn't mean that they have to be rude on the phone. read more

Unfortunately three months ago I fractured my ankle in three places and dislocated it, and had to have surgery with no weight bearing for 8 weeks. I've been working with Jeff Latz for about 7 weeks now and I've been so happy with my recovery ever since I started physical therapy. I started doing my routine in the pool so I could relearn how to walk without bearing weight, and after two weeks I was ready for land. Jeff always explains to me exactly what he is doing and how my ankle is working and progressing. All of the assistants have been great to work with. Monica, Octavio, and Hector are always very attentive and making sure I am doing all of the exercises correctly. I look forward to my twice a week appointments and I am beyond grateful for Jeff & the team at Back To Golf for getting me back to normal! read more

This is the place to come for anything BUT a hand injury. They are not set up for this specialty and are not fully knowledgeable in this area. If you have a hurt back, knee, hip, or shoulder come here if you can tolerate the attitudes by the 2 men "running the show", Jeff and Mark. The front desk is difficult and unfriendly. read more

After total knee replacement surgery, I chose this place for its proximity to my job. But I was so disappointed after a few weeks. The girls at reception are truly unfriendly and don't ever smile. I get a quick check with Jeff Latz and then a clipboard with my name is passed from assistant to assistant (and intern) as I do prescribed work. It's terribly impersonal and I started to advocate for more to progress. By chance, Jeff was out and I was treated by a female PT one day. She was amazing, spent time with me, checked on me, encouraged me, and talked to me. After that, I requested that my next appointment be with her. The front desk gals told me it had to be approved by Jeff. How's that for customer service? Well, my next appointments were still with Jeff (for a 2 minute stretch) and I was still passed around. I realized I could do better on my own and so I left as I wait to get in with a new PT practice where at least they promise they don't pass patients around and a PT stays to guide and adjust programs. I pay for this service and I want more. read more

I gave my visits a 3 star rating ONLY because the front desk seems very inefficient in booking appointments with disconnect to the client needs. I am comfortable with the female therapist who is personable and really seems knowledgeable about any of the injuries I have heard her treating. I believe her hands with knowledge is like magic for my condition. Most staff seems friendly but are very busy and if you are wanting a lot of pampering it's not available.The therapy offered is strictly to get you up and running and Back to Golf! read more

Jeff and his team give all patients friendly and professional personal attention. Some people go there in hopes of eliminating the need for surgery, I went post surgery. My rotator cuff recovery was better than expected in their pleasant environment. read more

I came into Physical therapy worried that I had a condition that was permanent and I would never hike again.While working with my PT she never looked me in the eye or showed any empathy for my hurt foot. There are no smiles at this place, no cheerful faces. I have read the other reviews and agree with their observations. I wish the PTs and the interns could see us as customers-like at a restaurant. A good waitress knows how to make you feel welcome, talks to you, and then she gets $5 perhaps that is what would warm up this group of robots. read more

I agree with most of these 'not-so-shining' reviews. I've been 2 different occasions, 2 different P.T.'s. The first experience was really okay, just I found inconsistency with the interns monitoring your exercise form. The P.T. I had was good actually, but he is no longer there. My 2nd experience was with Mark A. After my initial consultation, I was told I walked all wrong, as a result of protecting my back. (have a lower back condition). After further discussion I wanted to know what tips I could use to remind myself not to do the things he said I was doing (wrong). I was told nope!, 'there's no point' to telling me those things, that I would 'never get it' and it would be a 'waste of time' trying to explain it now. Kinda cocky, right? So I dropped the subject and have done my own research. In addition to never starting on time, I found him to be perfunctory in his method, never once explaining what he was doing or why. Although I and most people know it's muscle and soft-tissue manipulation. But some detail pertinent to my personal pain-area would have been nice. He doesn't speak much, to the patient anyway. But is constantly talking to a co-worker or others in the room...ACROSS the room. Mostly about sports. I felt he was a great example of just "going through the motions". And when a male, albeit a professional (who's a total stranger) has his 'trained' hands all over you, (a female) an occasional check-in that you and what he's doing matters, would be appreciated. read more

The therapist I had was professional and prepared a program for me that made sense and helped strengthen me after back surgery. The assistants are all very friendly and attentive. However, they were not always consistent in explaining how to do the exercise correctly. Some were very precise and others were laid back without checking to see if it was being executed properly. The place could use some feminine energy. There isn't a female therapist, or at least I never saw one there. All the men seem to be in control. I have been to two other physical therapy facilities, so I know it helps in making clients feel comfortable, especially women clients. The reception area needs some serious help in acknowledging and welcoming clients. They hardly notice you when you come in. Never a "good morning" or welcoming. Just a nod and "sit down." read more

After knee surgery, I used this PT because it was convenient, close to my work. My PT was knowledgeable, but the PT only spends about 3-5 minutes with patients before they just turn you over to the interns who have to ask each other how to direct the patients on the various exercises. Every time I went in I saw the owner working on other patients. Never once did he smile or say hello or make me feel welcome. Its no surprise that the receptionist is rude and unfriendly, given the fact that the owners aren't friendly either. I quit after 6 visits, and went back to a much less convenient but friendly, knowledgeable facility where the patients are treated with upmost respect and the PT's themselves spent the whole appointment with me. read more
