That may have been a factor but it was not the principal issue. A few years ago I was in a car accident (that wasn't nearly as bad as my recent one) and I saw another chiropractor in Santa Rosa. Even after a year of going there I still was suffering from neck pain! I have gone to multiple other chiropractors throughout the years and I can tell you none of those places can even compete to this office. From my first appointment, I was greeted with such warmth, friendliness, and dedication from Dr. Judevine and his truly amazing staff (KimJoy and Mira are so great!) I love that they listen to my problems and needs. Dr. Judevine explains what your treatment will look like, everything he's doing and why! He even figures out what things you are doing at home that might be contributing to your pain (how you sleep, if you work on a computer all day, etc) and gives suggestions on how to help your body. ZERO Stars if i could!!…read more I recently witnessed an interaction involving the owner, Jeff, a woman assisting a client, and a client with dementia at the swimming pool. The client was having difficulty getting out of the pool, and the woman appeared to be struggling to safely assist him. What was extremely disturbing to me was hearing Jeff, the owner, berate the woman during the situation. I specifically heard him say, "You're a fucking disgrace." I found this behavior incredibly inappropriate and upsetting to witness. The client was a vulnerable adult with dementia who was already struggling, and instead of the situation being handled calmly and professionally, Jeff nor his staff assisted the client, HIS CUSTOMER. As the owner, I would expect Jeff to set the standard for how staff, caregivers, and vulnerable clients are treated. Based on what I personally witnessed, I was very disappointed and concerned by the lack of professionalism and compassion displayed in that moment. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that vulnerable clients and the people caring for them are treated with dignity, patience, and respect. I will not be returning and will make sure none of my friends/family do also.
