I'd had Botox twice before, just a little for my "elevens," but with my 57th birthday approaching, I wanted to try a bit more. Dr. Chiang explained everything so thoughtfully and thoroughly before we started. I can't believe how good the results turned out -- She has a proprietary way she does your eyes, and my eyes look lighter and brighter. The heaviness at the corners is gone! I look refreshed, not fake, which was exactly what I wanted. She also did a "lip-flip" with the Botox, which I didn't even know was possible, and I love it. My lips are fuller, and it melted the lines away. Whether you're a seasoned Botox user or completely new to it, like I was, you'll be thrilled with the results. I can't wait to go back!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Walter Tom and his entire team. Five stars…read moredoesn't feel like enough. From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself. I had wanted a tummy tuck for the better part of 15 years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Tom and his team have made something I anticipated for years feel remarkably easy, comfortable, and positive. I would choose them again without hesitation.

Nothing is more frightening than hearing the word cancer--except when that cancer is on your face…read moreand you're told you'll need reconstructive surgery. From the moment I walked into Dr. P's office, I felt both reassured and grounded in reality. He didn't minimize the situation. He was clear that this would be a process, and that it would require partnership. If I did my part, he would do his--and he absolutely delivered. The surgery itself was long, but the results have been remarkable. At just one month post-op, I'm still healing, but already I can see the level of precision and care that went into his work. What could have been a devastating, highly visible scar is healing far beyond anything I expected. Dr. P brings together technical expertise and true artistry in a way that is rare. My friends tell me I'm just a good healer, but I know better. The outcome I'm seeing is the result of exceptional surgical skill. I feel hopeful again--and that is not something I take lightly. I recommend Dr. P without hesitation.

I had been a patient of a well known dermatological office on Mendocino Avenue, Santa Rosa. Dr Hayes left the well known office on Mendocino Avenue a few years ago. She moved to her current well-attended office at Round Barn Circle in Santa Rosa. I was a sun goddess for 50 years. My rewards for the suntanning are; every three month body checks for cancer cells (which the prior office refused. 6 month checks only), Mohs surgery every month or every other month, Blue Light treatment to deter cancer twice a year, and correct skin care.
