On activating system (after they winterized), the tech had to repair cracked PVC that he said was likely a result of not blowing out the system entirely. They fixed at no cost, so while I would have preferred no issues to begin with, at least they dealt with it. I then get a bill for $240 for 6 Hunter PVG Diaphragms. You can find this part for $6-7 each online. This wasn't discussed with me at any point and the markup on it is absolutely insane. Will find a new company moving forward.

When I got the invoice, they charged me three to five times more for the parts than I could get them for on Amazon ($105 for a rubber kit?!!). I guess that's on me for not clarifying everything up front. I think I'll be looking for another company, next spring.

We…read morehad never used the system before so we called Anthony and not only was he very responsive, he came out and preformed the back flow test, inspected our system and set us up for the season to come. It was a quick and professional visit. We did have a few small issues that needed to be fixed. Anthony was very upfront with the issues he found and the cost to repair them. I recently had to call him out again as one of our sprinkler heads got broke. He was able to come out the same day, inspect and fix the head and get us back up and running. Very highly recommended!
