That attention to detail was not lost on me. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. What I especially appreciated was that there are private rooms where the therapy is applied. I've been in one other facility that had uncomfortable, crowded open bays. Additionally, there are enough techs to provide a much more personalized and focused treatment. In contrast, the staffing at the other facility mentioned previously was under resourced and over committed. Highly recommended

I changed because my old pt office stopped covering my current medical insurance.. I did my due diligence and research that led me here.. My first initial impression of the office and Boyd: a small but very caring environment.. As I answered the standard questions and of me explaining my situation, I felt comfortable and had complete individual attention. As time went on with the assessment, it was very transparent that Boyd is compassionate about his patients and enjoys his work. I think with those two qualities, you are in the best care possible. It would be helpful if there was an online link so patient could fill out in advance of their first appointment. Prominence Medicare required a $40 copay for the initial evaluation ($10/PT) and pre approved 16 visits. I had to suspend PT due to lower back pain and Dr requiring lumbar injections prior to an ablation therapy appointment and requested 6 weeks after ablation before resuming PT. Premiere closed my file until I could begin core strengthening PT in the future.

The entire staff is so friendly, I literally feel like they are extended family. Last July 2025 I fell down my stairs and broke my left hip, I had to go to the emergency room and a doctor over at Swift Institute was on the Emergency side of it, and replaced my hip with a few screws. Well, the screws were coming out as I walked, so I saw Dr. Winkle back at great basin, and he said you're gonna have to have your hip totally replaced, as the screws are poking out.! I ended up in the hospital a few days after surgery with a stomach problem, and he actually came by to see me, and it had nothing to do with my hip, he just wanted to make sure I was OK! Absolutely incredible Dr, I highly recommend him and any doctor at Great Basin Orthopedics! The best! I needed a nausea medicine, and unbeknownst to Dr. Winkle the medicine he gave me for nausea also helped the stomach problem I was having so I could eat again, no other doctor has ever prescribed that medicine for me and I get these stomach issues a lot, we were really impressed! Thanks Dr Winkel!! I cannot believe how well I am doing, love my new life!!

The facility itself is scrupulously clean and well-appointed with helpful equipment. Parking is easy as there is plenty of regular parking as well as a good number of handicap spots near the door and only a short distance from the entrance and elevators. The physical therapist Brendan was phenomenal. He was patient and knowledgeable.
