I visited the Back-Forty yesterday on 18th Oct, 2015. My self and my two boys, and two best friends wanted to experience clay shooting. I had no real experience in clay shooting other then, when i took My Boy Scout Troop to our local Izacc Walton for a brief, shoot of guns and archery, for a merit badge. I was very excited TO attend the Back Forty, however towards the end of the day when i was to pay for my shoot, I was questioned on how many shells i had brought with me from home, i advised the owner i brought 3 full boxes and a couple handful of loose shells. " I DID NOT KNOW I WAS TO ACCOUNT FOR THE SHELLS I BROUGHT TO THE SHOOT " I PURCHASED 15 BOXES OF SHELLS FROM THE OWNER, THE OWNER MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AS IF I WAS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH SOMETHING. THE owner charged me for ten stages which that was fine, however we advised that we missed the tenth stage and thought the Wabble was the tenth. The three boxes of shells i took the the shoot i only shot have of those because they were the NO. 4 Shot High Brass, i use for Rabbit Hunting, TO make a long story SHORT, i WAS CHARGED FOR A TENTH STAGE I DID NOT SHOOT AND THE SHELLS I BROUGHT FROM HOME I DID NOT USE. I PAID THE BILL OF 219 DOLLARS FOR MY SELF AND TWO BOYS, I just felt he ruined my day and for my two boys and two friends on how we were treated and the end of the course, when came time to settle up,
MONEY was NOT the issue in this review IT was the MISS TRUST I FELT THE OWNER CONVEYED TO MYSELF... I will never go back there again. Cary Logansport, In read more
