But when I tried after a workout a few times, it wasn't a great experience. When the steam emits about every 5 minutes or so, the noise is almost unbearable. Also, I worried if anything happened to me (like falling or passing out), no one would know for a while (very quiet locker room). Nice price but you get what you pay for.

The equipment is so close to each-other so people are walking right in your face which is uncomfortable. The spray bottles don't smell like disinfectant because it's so watered down. There's always trash in the cup holder in the cardio section. Locker rooms are subpar and the steam/sauna again does not seem sanitary. Would be ideal to get new equipment but I understand it's a small business. Hopefully there's some improvement planned in the future, but convenient otherwise and always enough cardio equipment despite rush hour times.

The classes are relatively small so you get proper attention and Dan watches your form and suggests corrections as to prevent injury. The hours are flexible for working people like myself. 5pm, 6pm, 7pm weekdays. I'd highly suggest it to anyone looking to take their workouts to the next level without having to pay for expensive personal training from people who claim to be personal trainers. Dan is the real deal and he genuinely cares about his clients as if they're family.

We enrolled our child in the beginner swim class in 2021. The particular instructor's methods are not only brutal but unnecessary, if not entirely counter-productive. Our child, who loved the water and had basic swimming competency prior to beginning ended up extremely fearful of the water and we spent the last year trying to undue the damage caused by SR&F. We know we are not alone as all of the other families pulled their kids from the class before we did due to the harsh and counter-productive training methodology. Worse yet, when we spoke with management to explain the issue with the instructor, they appeared to not only already know of the issues but to back the instructor. Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere where your kids can actually learn how to swim in a safe and supportive environment.

Even though it was a busy Saturday and the weather outside was beautiful, Zinnani went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were not only friendly and warm, but also took the time to explain the different tanning bed and booth options to me--something that's often overlooked. I've honestly felt uneasy in the past using the black card facilities close to closing time, worried that I might be inconveniencing the staff or causing a problem. But tonight was different. Zinnani made me feel seen and respected. There was no rush, no discomfort--just a positive, relaxed vibe. That meant more to me than they probably realize. I'm writing this review because too often, people are quick to report the negatives and forget to celebrate the good. Zinnani deserves the recognition, and so does the rest of the team who was working THIS specific evening. Thank you all for creating such a safe, kind space. I've been going through a lot lately--losing my mom this year, my sister two years ago, and currently helping my elderly father care for my sister with special needs, all while taking care of my own family. The classes are fun, fast paced and intense...and at the end of each session you'll feel accomplished! Growing up, playing a sport that required a lot of jumping around...my joints (knees and ankles) aren't what they use to be. I don't feel any pain while on the RealRyders or IndoRowers, which I usually would when I'm working out on my own or taking any other group fitness class. When you're working out at an environment with fun, positive people...and trainers who are passionate in what they do - that tedious task that you constantly dread will become an enjoyable routine that you look forward to. That's what it is here at Alloy Fitness. It's more like a family at Alloy and "you wanna go where everybody knows your name" (yes, I did just quote a line from Cheers!)

After 3 months of use and 9 months remaining they closed without notice to members and only one week notice to employees. They recommended emailing for a full refund but unfortunately after a couple emails and a visit to Weymouth to talk in person but left a message as Rick the owner was not in. I made a couple phone calls leaving a message for the owner Rick to call me back and work out the refund- as I am typing Rick just called me back. Now I know why he never wanted to return my call he was rude , put all the blame on the member and refused to honor the agreement his manager authorized. Stay away Rick is all about Rick.
